I really need to learn Excel in order to get a job and I saw that so many people were praising you for how you teach it, so I put a lot of your videos into my playlist and settled in to learn. I'm a 60-year-old woman who hasn't worked since March 16th when my employment ceased due to this stupid virus. However, I am hoping to find another job and I am trying to learn in the meantime. So, thank you for being willing to do these videos! 😊 Oh, one more detail I should probably mention: I am using MS 365.

I'm a chef that lives in New York and I decided to jump head first into the consulting field last year. Your videos have really helped me transfer into a new level of thinking and how to run a business using Excel and my iPhone, not my voice.
So glad I found a desk job and YOU before the world crashed. People talk about making education free...you're actually doing it. Thank you sir

Thanks, Kevin! Great refresher tutorial. Purely a suggestion - you might want to have the exercise workbook available to viewers to download without the exercises already completed - this will give viewers the opportunity to do the exercises with you in real time while you're doing your presentation. Many thanks again!

Great content! Only suggestion is to save the tutorial spreadsheet that does not have all the formatting that you apply to it. The one saved had all the formatting so had to undo filters and other stuff. But other than that, your channel is awesome! Forget paying LinkedIn just for a certificate. Have not done it because I would rather do your videos. 👍

Thank you for this video, it was very helpful. I’ll be watching other videos too. I’m particularly interested in creating a table for students’ exam results over four years, how to analyse that data (non-numeric) but showing number of exams taken and whether this increases over time. BUT I need the names of the exams taken and the codes for each exam so that we don’t enter students more than once for each exam, wanting to show progress over time etc etc. I think I have messed up the table that I tried without ANY knowledge of Excel as the rows seem to have muddled up. I have subscribed and clicked on the bell. Thanks again.

Kevin, well explained on 365, I'm hoping you will do a long tutorial on stock spread sheet. I know using Data tab, then going to stock symbol, can help in populating all data. there are lots of choices using the insert tab, but what is missing are total % change, and total $ change, and other data normally on stock spread sheet. Great job

Hi Kevin: I tout your videos to everyone. I really like "Excel Tutorial for Beginners". It is very well paced and very well organized. I don't need to use Excel as a part of my everyday duties , but I do need to become proficient so I may help others in using Excel. I have noticed that resources do not provide sample data groups or web links. It seems that having a group/s of data supporting progressive learning would be a highly valuable tool. Thank you very much.
