You got to see so much wildlife. What a wonderful video you have made. Thank you for sharing it with all of us. The scenery is amazing. We will be sailing on the Eclipse soon in a different part of the world. So glad I found your video. Thanks again.
@@BradleyGautreaux honestly both are great because the captain turns the boat in 360s in important locations so everyone gets a chance to see. We did port side because we love being able to see the location we are in when we docked in locations.
Hello, Love the video! You two are too cute. I wanted to know if celebrity cruise line requires us to get a recent covid vaccine in order to go on this particular cruise and if there are any shore excursions for the Antarctica parts of the cruise? Thanks for your help, Daisy
Aw thank you! We did not have to show any vaccines for ours. Celebrity cruises do not stop on Antarctica so there are no excursions. You cruise around for 2 days and they stop pretty close. In order to get off In Antarctica you need to be on an expedition ship with under 500 people per the Antarctic Treaty.
@@Daisy12905 Of course! Happy to help. I highly recommend it. Although you cannot get off the ship in Antarctica it was an amazing experience and much cheaper than the expedition way.
@SuiteLifeOfZackAndAmanda I agree. I was looking at expedition cruises to Antarctica and it costs 20k for a solo traveller. You had such beautiful views of the landscapes there. I live in Canada and have done all the excursions an Antarctica expedition would offer except for the camping one and have the experience of walking on snow and ice every winter. I would go just for those views and seeing the penguins on a cruise ship. You both convinced me. Wishing you both more wonderful adventures together. ❤️
Hi guys, just stumbled across your vlog there and its very enjoyable. We're looking to book this cruise jan 2026! We're still on the fence. So we watched a couple of vlogs and they all look like the weather is awful but you guys got amazing weather. Is this because you went in Jan? Plus, any advice would be very welcomed Thanks Emma
I’d highly recommend it. It was a wonderful experience. We did get lucky with the weather as it’s super unpredictable there. They kept telling us it would be very “gray” but we lucked out with it being sunny. I believe 2/4 of the cruises that went this year had really great weather but those who were on the other 2 seemed to still have a great time even though it was a bit cloudier. You can see posts from the trips if you join the Facebook group called Celebrity Eclipse South America and Antarctica Sailings. Many of us had posted pictures of our time there which could give you a better idea of what other cruises had! Overall it was so amazing to be so many icebergs, whales, penguins, and it was so quiet and peaceful. Happy to answer any other questions you have!
I wish I could tell you exactly but we didn’t keep exact track. The cruise itself was around $5,200 for the two of us in a balcony room. We didn’t get any drinks packages, wifi was a couple hundred dollars for the whole trip. It also depends on if you choose to book excursions at the 3 ports in South America as well as that can add up. I can’t remember how much our hotels cost in Buenos Aires and food. Overall being on a ship with the food included for 14 nights I don’t think we spent too much in addition. It all depends on the way you like to travel!
@deniselanglois6193 Because of the amount of videos I transition throughout it would sound very annoying cutting in and out of background audio when many of my clips are so short. Thanks for the input though.

Music presumably a substitute for insightful commentary, but let's be honest -- this is just a vacation movie shouting "look at me, and what I did." It offers nothing of value beyond edited imagery. Enjoy!

I was on that same cruise and I must say that you captured the real awesome beauty of it all! Thank you for bringing back such good memories.
Aw thank you! We had such an amazing time! Wish we could do it all over again!
Nice video
I was on the cruise right before yours.,..we all got so sick….
@@jeffdon4 oh no, sea sick? Or like flu/covid? Everyone was sneezing and coughing toward the end of ours.
Do you have a recommendation on what side of the ship to book a room- port or starboard
