Very nice idea...they devised that silicone mould and to pour the batter the nozzle bottle. He can reduce using ghee may be for camera he put more ghee 😁 like many do. That ghee podi combo itself is standalone (coconut chatni and sambar is addition) and tastes great with onion dosa dosa and idli.
@@positivevibes5610 But silicon is more dangerous sir. It resists heat more than metal but discharges chemicals. I saw in one hotel in mysore where he was using plastic sheets. They even parcel piping hot sambar sagu etc in plastic bags 🎒.
