@@TheAgnulee She did do something wrong, but I agree that it wasn't bad enough to justify being rude to her. That doesn't mean you should try to stop people from criticizing her entirely. I wish I had a friend like dk, he doesn't take anything to serious and is always down for a good time. Literally love those kinds of people they make me smile
It’s different. Deafen is so that the players would not cheat and know others role. In this video, janet already knew that the imposter was ryan so ryan has no hopes for winning if janet voted for him (I believe hafu didn’t think so far about janet skipping since even janet herself said there was no chance of her winning). She said it because she knew the game would ended with lovers winning anyway
Hafu kinda ruined the game at the end. She confirmed lovers, she then unmuted to try to make 5up lose, then she got kinda salty as if 5up abused metagaming or something. They all made up immediately, but I wish Hafu didn't do that
Hafu always does shit like this, complains so much about stuff like that when its against her yet always gives things away by unmuting or similar things to what she did at the end edit: another problem is how awkward she makes it sometimes, everyone else is cheering or saying well done, and she'll often come across as salty or find a problem with it instead of enjoying it as a game with her friends
@@TheDailyEgg " She confirmed lovers, she then unmuted to try to make 5up lose" what are you talking about? It was literally impossible for 5up to lose. Literally impossible. Lovers stack, even if Ryan kills 1 the other reports and then 5up wins as crew. "then she got kinda salty as if 5up abused metagaming or something" Meta-gaming? It's literally just protecting noob players that don't understand the roles. Ryan isn't a regular and she just didn't want him to feel bullied or anything. The game was already over.
Honestly. I feel like she should have waited until after the game and been like "Ryan, you could have said xyz, and theres a strat for next time youre in that sitch", but instead, she broke her own rule, and undeafened during the meeting, to try and help a living player. I get it's a game, but be a good sport about it, yknow?
He should next time Hafu lies about "oh there's no way I could have killed that body, I was all the way over here" after venting. That would actually be closer to exploiting "gaps in knowledge" than what Hafu was accusing 5up of doing.
I think there was a game where 5up saved the game by fixing sabotage at final five as engineer. However, he knew Hafu was lovers with Dk. Dk was too caught on to getting the last imposter DumbDog out, that he forgot that would make the game end on a normal crew win. 5up said those two were lovers, Hafu counters this by saying, "I'm down to vote 5up out." (Which, while I was watching, made me think was a wrong play). She told Dk to vote with her who gradually realized the lovers win condition later. Steve who was clueless voted with them, ejecting 5up. But DumbDog possibly knew the lovers before 5up did, because he later said, so he killed one of them and got voted out on final three. Hafu wanted to know why 5up went and exposed their roles after game, and he said, "If you're going for a win condition that isn't mine, of course I'm going to try." Bro the fact that I remembered this game made me realize I'm too invested in the morning lobby.
There should be a role called stalker or fangirl where you are in love with one of the lovers and your job is to get the other one out. And if the person you love dies you either die or can kill people out of anger.

I really like hafu. But if anyone in the lobby did that to her... She would be raging and educating that person on how they are wrong and if the person didn't accept they are wrong they would be too much tension to continue playing together
@@Aika240 That is 100% what 3 Years Ago Hafu would have done - but not what today Hafu would have done. Hafu got checked by the internet about her double standards about that and changed how she played. If someone from dead chat spoke up and told a crew and imposter they had a possible out and took a win away from her - she would have been salty AF and definitely ruined the vibe of her lobby for at least the rest of the playing time, if not a few days.
Its human nature. No one ever wants to be wrong. A lot of people can manage their own ego's. Hafu tries to keep that in check, but its hard for everyone... so let's just just single her out about it.
Hafu called meeting ; "DK's just an engineer just vote him out" Also Hafu (dead) said ; "there is an out for him. You liar" In a deception game. And also DK you are allowed to vibe 😭
Honestly Hafu's outburst at the end was completely uncalled for. That was a deserved win and Hafu almost sabotaged it because Janet hadn't considered some information and the lovers weren't bringing it up to out themselves. Really uncool
The thing is that ryan really had no way to win whatsoever. They could've made only 5up or only Smajor win, with Janet, by skipping and then killing one of the lovers, but that's it. In case of a skip, the lovers just stack together : - if Ryan kills Janet, lovers win - if Ryan kills either 5up or Smajor, the alive one reports the body, and then Janet has no point in skipping, she's winning as crew So, actually, he was right. Ryan could not win.
@@mattscene4231 Mind games and convincing others to give up as they have no chance to win is absolute baseline of this game, so 5up actually did what he actually was supposed to do. But sabotaging the game just because she's salty can never be justified :/
Hafu still trying to justify her thing even after she apologized, like pls omg. I love them all but dang. If that happened to her she would be SO upset! My God.
Kinda upset that Hafu interrupted the final meeting on purpose. The first thing where she says "lovers win" at the start isn't her fault, meeting happened to catch it. But then she interrupted the meeting, breaking the rules, to set them straight. Hafu's the one who went on the little rant about why you need to follow the rules, just wait for the vote to be over to yell at them

@@Devil-Speed8 toast actually lied as a crewmate to get impostor hafu out early on in some vid a few months ago (pretending to have seen her vented, when he only very strongly suspected she did), she did not like that one bit lol she has a tryhard attitude, in that she really wants to win, and also wants to see everyone trying to win. She wants everyone to have the same meta info and make decisions based off of that (eg. what are your options in this situation). She doesn't mind lying to get a win, just as long as it's not about meta or out of game information (like irl excuses, or lying about game mechanics), and to her lying to ryan that he hasn't an out falls in that meta category unmuting was against the lobby's rules, and I wager she would have been upset if someone else did that to her, but also it doesn't mean she intentionally broke the rule to do whatever it is she would have done, instead it's more like an impulsive reaction to something she saw as lying about meta information, and felt the need to correct this it was a tad annoying and unfair that she unmuted to help a living player, and she should have thought about it instead of impulse unmute, but it's not like she did it randomly or without reason either whether this is right/justified or not isn't up to viewers to decide, but it's important to at least understand where she's coming from.

for the lying thing and "a gap of information" the point of lying is for the other person to have gap in information and to exploit that and the point of the game is to deceive others with lying it's a fundamental part of the game to use that gap of information to win the game if you're not a crewmate
Also, they weren't even lying - Ryan didn't have a win condition; he would have needed two kills with the first one being a lover when they already knew he was the impostor, which was impossible - they didn't even lie about that. Pretty sure also one of the points of the game is that the dead people shouldn't give away the living people's roles and Hafu already did that to Janet. For the situation at the end. There wasn't anything about the role mechanics that 5up knew and Ryan didn't. If Ryan thought about it carefully, he, like any other reasonable person, could conclude that he in fact had a win condition. It's not preying on ignorance, it's deception. Which is the point of the game. It's not really a big deal but it's happening a lot with Hafu recently and it seems like nobody in the lobby wants to say "You're wrong and here's why" to not ruin the mood. However, DK dismissing the chat calling her out as haters everytime isn't really helping the situation. Anyway, it seems like Hafu is a bit too stubborn to back down sometimes. When she's right she talks well and confidently but when she's wrong and is asked to explain herself, her tone becomes unsure and she always says "I don't know!" in a high-pitched voice and struggles to rationalize what she feels.
The thing is Ryan only had a win condition if it took Scott and 5up longer than his kill cooldown to find each other which is actually impossible. The kill cooldown is too high for that. And even if he could manage to find one of them en route. The other one would know where they started and where they were going…easy to find their corpse. He had to kill one of the two lovers, who had been staying with each other the whole game and could chat, they wouldn't separate in the last round ever.
At the end with Hafu saying that Ryan had a win condition, I don't think that's true. If you and scott stayed together either he kills janet and you win, or he kills one of you and you report

Even within this week, you had 5Up seeing Hafu pop out of a vent because a meeting was called (obvious bug is obvious) and said nothing, because that's information he wasnt supposed to have. You had people report a bugged corpse (dead from previous round) and decided not to address it, dont speak of it, dont share information, nothing. Integrity. Not people that are dead deciding to speak about "lovers wins" on final four unmuted, or even going unmuted during the final meeting. That's just fucked up, and pissed me off more than it should. Even more knowing that since toast is not on his lobbies, he wont be the voice of reason to remind Hafu that it's just a game, take a chill pill, there's a time and place for everything, and not ruin it for everyone else. i think hafu unmuting to sabotage 5up and scott during the meeting was super uncalled for because not only was ryan a confirmed impostor on 4, but he sabotaged his own win condition by killing ellum who was the only other sus person. the game was going to end with either a crew win or a lovers win, always. the only way he could have won is if the crew deliberately threw the game by skipping on 4 when they know who it is and letting him kill 2.

@@mattscene4231 This doesn't really work because 5up and Smajor just meet up before cooldown ends and then when the impostor kills one, the other instantly reports. This is how I think it would play: - During a meeting the Troublemaker can choose to players(can't pick yourself) to swap their roles - There is no visual for this unlike Swapper. It won't show the other players whose roles changed only Troublemaker knows who swapped with who - Troublemaker doesn't know the roles of the people they swap - When the meeting ends the two players effected will either just casually have their role be different or a visual will tell them their new role for a sec or 2 I think Troublemaker would be a fun role with lots of betrayal. Add in Assassin, and it makes it hard for an Impostor who gets swapped because the new Impostor could Assassin the old one.
Yes more roles from one night werewolf would be awesome. Maybe the robber where you can steal someone’s role. Imagine how cool it would be if robber stole imposter and the imposter still thought they were an imposter but the robber knew they weren’t 😂
Lack of information is 100% a valid strategy. Its not like they were lying about how a role worked, the entire game is about outsmarting other people. Trying to make them think its impossible for them to win from something its perfectly within the rules of the game.
5up didn't lie he bluffed. It's the same idea of tricking an impostor into thinking they are caught and confessing. Ryan didn't have give up but 5up and scott had to convince him to
I feel like the issue with the case he argued around 9:00 is that the Lovers win is already more prioritized (for both crew and imposter) because it's more difficult. Whereas if you're a Loving Imposter where somehow the Imposter win is designed to be more desired/favorable, your crewmate Lover is just a free kill and the Lovers role doesn't impact gameplay that much.

Hafu wanted to know why 5up went and exposed their roles after game, and he said, "If you're going for a win condition that isn't mine, of course I'm going to try."

not really, 5up's lie is the one uncalled for, bc janet and ryan stil have a win condition,,
The thing is that ryan really had no way to win whatsoever. They could've made only 5up or only Smajor win, with Janet, by skipping and then killing one of the lovers, but that's it.
In case of a skip, the lovers just stack together :
- if Ryan kills Janet, lovers win

@@Devil-Speed8 toast actually lied as a crewmate to get impostor hafu out early on in some vid a few months ago (pretending to have seen her vented, when he only very strongly suspected she did), she did not like that one bit lol
she has a tryhard attitude, in that she really wants to win, and also wants to see everyone trying to win. She wants everyone to have the same meta info and make decisions based off of that (eg. what are your options in this situation). She doesn't mind lying to get a win, just as long as it's not about meta or out of game information (like irl excuses, or lying about game mechanics), and to her lying to ryan that he hasn't an out falls in that meta category
unmuting was against the lobby's rules, and I wager she would have been upset if someone else did that to her, but also it doesn't mean she intentionally broke the rule to do whatever it is she would have done, instead it's more like an impulsive reaction to something she saw as lying about meta information, and felt the need to correct this
it was a tad annoying and unfair that she unmuted to help a living player, and she should have thought about it instead of impulse unmute, but it's not like she did it randomly or without reason either

I think she definitely was in the wrong to have unmuted during a meeting as a ghost regardless
Hafu could at least waited for votes to be in before making any input smh
for the lying thing and "a gap of information" the point of lying is for the other person to have gap in information and to exploit that
and the point of the game is to deceive others with lying
it's a fundamental part of the game to use that gap of information to win the game if you're not a crewmate

They have lovers chat, they can coordinate where to meet in seconds.
my point exactly 👏🏽 ryan is not new to among us or to the mods
Impostor literally had no win condition.
But yea im starting to get annoyed at this lobby and i miss toast lobby alot

That's literally how the lobby has worked for 6+ months? Are you serious?
@@DJS12345678 Not the part where she unmutes during the meeting and confirms two roles, and says ‘liar’ while lying herself. She would have kicked the person who did that to her out of her lobby, very hypocritical.
@@Blafina she was technically correct and it would be hypocritical for her NOT to say something. Wolfabelle trying to lie about how the mechanics of the game worked was the last straw before Hafu stopped regularly inviting her. Hafu literally always protects new players by soft-banning "Tasking" and also by always pointing out when someone is incorrect, even technically, about the mechanics of the game.
@@DJS12345678 That’s cool and all but how about not doing it in the middle of a game while your dead, that’s plenty of time in between rounds to deal with that shit.

Hafu doesn't mute so often lol. I feel like I see her give it away so frequently.
? You know Hafu's lobby doesn't mute during the rounds, right? Janet undeafened super early. There's a reason 3/4 people didn't hear her, Janet undeafened before anyone else.
She’s the same one that always yells “deafen” too lol. So it’s like... take your own advice eh?
@@DJS12345678 Sure but then right after Hafu kept talking. It doesn't matter if Janet heard her bc she undeafened early. Hafu should've just shut up right after and not try to sway the outcome.
@@itzjay116 She's not supposed to deafen, the whole point of asking alive people to deafen is to have dead people talk, it's a human mistake that Janet heard her (even though she kinda already knew Scott and 5up were lovers), but it wasn't a mistake when she did it mid-meeting.
@@DJS12345678 Janet hearing Hafu spoiler lovers win was a honest mistake.
Hafu then continuing to talk and try to sway the game afterwords is not an honest mistake but a deliberate action to sabotage the game.

If I was Ryan I'd be a little annoyed at Hafu infantilizing me, I hate when someone tries to treat me different rather than how they'd treat others in the group. If that makes sense. That was such a good lovers win!

I agree. Also when she’s been caught in the act as imposter and she sounds like she gets annoyed and defensive that she’s actually crew and sticks with it until the very end.
I honestly can’t stand her after every round saying deafen when she can’t even listen to herself. I tried watching one of her videos and turned it off after 2 minutes
Yes I’ve been saying this. Hafocritic is her new name! She’s a good player but biggest bash against her is if it isn’t going her way she cries. But when someone else does it she get on to them. And she tweaks the rules so much in her favor. She kept getting killed and losing to the assassin role so she changed it to one shot as assassin now! I honestly liked it better the couple days she was gone and 5up took charge of the group. Dk is right the game has been out so long that the chaos games are fun to see now!

@@idk-5344 Right lol
I agree that it is part of the game to lie about there being no way to win because they just didn’t measure all the options. They had equal opportunity to think about all possibilities but didn’t realize.
Yeah, I don't really see how it's an unfair lie to not be able to see how someone can win and then tell them that. I really don't see it as having been a mechanical statement, it was just his assessment of the situation. Ryan shouldn't be unable to have considered 5up's opinion for himself.
Anyways, they made up not one minute after it happened anyways, just kinda sucked for the vid.
yeah i agree, i think hafu’s unmuting kinda messed that up lol ryan and janet voted without thinking
Janet could have a chance to win as crew, but with Hafu saying that Ryan had "a way out", which was actually wrong lol - there's literally no way for him to win.
If they didn't spawn together though, then it would theoretically be possible for him to kill one of them then kill someone else before the body is found. So there was a win condition for him, it was just one that wasn't likely to happen.
I think he could've also won if Janet, Scott or 5up was voted out and Ryan killed someone. Or am I just being stupid?
@@PeachyMitchie If Janet was voted out the lovers would win, as they win when 2 lovers and 1 person is alive. It wouldn't have been possible for Scott or 5up to be voted out since its the 2 of them against Janet and Ryan, resulting in a tie unless one of the lovers vote the other lover out.
@@Livestick42 well, with chat and a long kill cool down (if ryan wasn't underdog), almost certainly not possible

True. 5up wasn't lying about anything. Tbh, Ryan has 0 win conditions and they weren't taking advantage of him. Kind of sucks that hafu talked over the last meeting like that. It kind of takes the shine off that win and video for 5up and Scott to have the last half of the meeting and argument between a dead hafu and 5up.
They work so hard for videos and sometimes don’t get them for ages. Then 5up and Scott get one and hafu talks over the last meeting trying to coach the imposter.
It’s ironic that this video came out shortly after her one where she got angry that a LIVE 5up exposed that she and dk were lovers on 5. And then she proceeded vote out 5up, who was engineer, despite her only win condition at that point being as crew.

OH GOD THE FLASHBACKS
Good job 5up by not cutting out the conversation after game and exposing Hafu's hypocrisy.
Someone needs to remind hafu that the dead can't talk, smh
Hafu tried to ruin the game. Twice. Saying "stay dead" was the nicest thing she could have heard. It's a social deduction game that people will lie to win. If you feel strongly about what is said, hold it until the end of the game. If her problem was a knowledge deficit that she felt that needed addressing. Obvious bullshit excuse is obvious.
I watch these videos not because they're fun to watch, but because people show integrity. Because everyone else in that lobby is far too nice to tell her as much. And I know i'll take shit for pointing this out, but heh, I'm sure I wasnt the only one pissed that this happened.
When they were denying each other, it was giving me the vibes of like two friends who like each other but are denying that are to one of their other friends.
Hafu tried REALLY hard to make lovers lose 🤣
i think hafu unmuting to sabotage 5up and scott during the meeting was super uncalled for because not only was ryan a confirmed impostor on 4, but he sabotaged his own win condition by killing ellum who was the only other sus person. the game was going to end with either a crew win or a lovers win, always. the only way he could have won is if the crew deliberately threw the game by skipping on 4 when they know who it is and letting him kill 2.
HAFU WHAT? Ryan didn't have a win condition! Janet had one not Ryan! Why unmute for that?
technically he still have one,,its hard,,but its possible and been done many time before on this lobby,,he just have to kill one of the lovers,,camp the body and kill again,,i mean the map is huge,,so its very possible,,and btw hafu have to unmute to called out 5up's lie bc its unfair to Ryan who didnt really familiar with the role, and tis one of the rules to not lie about the mechanic/role of the game. 5up usually lie about that and hafu's also try to called him out for that.
ryan did have a win condition it would just be really hard, and only if scott and 5up didn’t stick together. i do think the unmute wasn’t needed though
@@mattscene4231 No, she didn't have to unmute to "call out 5up's lie" because he didn't lie about the rules or mechanics of the role. 5up and smajor had been sticking around the whole time basically and everyone was pretty clear on who the impostor was so saying "you don't have an out" is not a lie about how the roles work. If they want to debate amongst themselves then they should do so after the game not during the game because it at best all it can do is spoil the current game.
@@mattscene4231 This doesn't really work because 5up and Smajor just meet up before cooldown ends and then when the impostor kills one, the other instantly reports. Also, Janet and Ryan had all the information they needed to find the win condition, they just couldn't figure it out in time. Them not knowing how to win there wasn't due to a lack of game knowledge, it was from a lack of quick thinking. They know how the lovers role works, they know if either Janet or Ryan gets voted lovers win, they know they can't vote out a lover and can only tie, and they should be able to deduce that the only course of action is to tie and let the impostor kill one. Regardless, even if Hafu is right, this is setting up a stupid precedent where any time a impostor says something like "I couldn't have killed, I was over in X" someone dead can chime in and be like "HEY THATS NOT TRUE THERES A VENT CONNTECTING X AND Y", and clearly that wouldn't be desirable. Hafu should have owned up and apologized, she would be pissed if someone had done that to her.
@@soiherduliekvideoz but its still a chance esp bc the map is huge and he can play with doors,, im not saying ryan 100% win that game if he did that,,im saying he had chance,,
and why hafu have to apologize when she's not the one that lie about the mechanics of the game/role..and hafu's interupption didnt even effect 5up's win bc 5up gonna win anyway at that point even without the lie,,that why its uncalled for
i love that his outro picture has not changed at all since he started

@@seasalticecream I don’t think she sucks. She is a great player and is fun to watch! But she’s also very competitive, and everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
The extreme irony of this one made me laugh, though!
I probably shouldn't make a big deal out of this, but wtf was with Hafu this game? Although I can sort of see where she's coming from, her reasoning is just wrong. In addition to that, her trying to influence the meeting while dead is hypocritical to what she's been telling everybody else.
In social deduction games like this, it is a given that people will "prey on ignorance" or use "gaps of information" to their advantage. 5up didnt lie about mechanics of roles, so he wasn't in any wrong. If other people can't identify if their win condition is still achievable, then that will and should be used against them.
Yeah you cant just go unmute and say that if she was lovers with someone and someone unmuted said that she would pissed so hypocritical honestly
She's egoistic and extremely hypocritical. Idk how her StAnS don't see it!
@@dariusduonelavicius218 Hafu is only at fault after unmuting about the win condition. The Hafu lobbies never mute while dead except when the meetings start. All dead players stay unmuted and all alive players use the "Deafen" feature in Discord (can't hear any voice comms). This allows the dead people to talk to each other. Janet mistakenly unmuted too early and heard Hafu talking to *other* dead saying "Lovers Win" or something like that. Human reaction time isn't instant, so it is always possible to hear the dead players talk if you undeafen early enough.
Hafu is at fault when she unmuted for the win condition argument, which is a discussion that should have happened after the game.
Hafu every time: "DEAFEN!"
Also Hafu: *throwing games because the mic isn't muted*
Since 5up mentioned "Masons"(role in One Night Werewolf basically Lovers) I hope they add more roles from it. Specifically a Troublemaker role.
This is how I think it would play:
- During a meeting the Troublemaker can choose to players(can't pick yourself) to swap their roles
- There is no visual for this unlike Swapper. It won't show the other players whose roles changed only Troublemaker knows who swapped with who
- Troublemaker doesn't know the roles of the people they swap
- When the meeting ends the two players effected will either just casually have their role be different or a visual will tell them their new role for a sec or 2
I think Troublemaker would be a fun role with lots of betrayal.
