How to ferment food for beginners 🏺

Hi guys! I finally had my dream come true! I bought a Chinese fermented glass jar which I was obsessed with since the beginning of Covid unfortunately the price on Amazon skyrocketed and my pocket went empty. I have been on the hunt for years and now thanks to my friend I finally have one of my own. And I also got really obsessed with ‪@CookingBomb‬ jar that I dreamed of having one of my own and I really manifested it. Cookingbomb really toughened my friend and I how to properly add the vegetables to the jar and it worked! Now I can eat from my own jar and I feel super magical, I feel I have good fermented hands!🙌
