That’s not the point of the Charger Hellcat. It’s point is the same as the new Durango Hellcat. You buy it because you want the big, supercharged V8 but you need something to move your kids. It’s the essence of the GT350 but it had four doors.

A dig is useless. Hellcat will spin all the way to 40-60 depending on the tire. I’ve dig raced many many hellcats and it’s all the same. Mustang in this case probably would’ve done the same

The only newer mustang I'd buy is it a gt350. My first fox body mustang I bought out of high school in 2005 was already built and I realized from beating many boosted cars with a N/A car that having hp before you boost the car is important to tap into it's full potential. After a lifter bore got ruined in the GT40 crate motor that came with the car, I got a 331 stroker 8.5:1 compression built for boost that ran low 12sec all day, lowered, untuned with a stock 5spd. If I got the chance to boost it before I sold it, it would have been a beast. Now I have a 80mm turbo 03 Cobra with a built 98 cobra motor (long story) that's 760whp on 12psi and 1000hp capable on kill mode with a 50shot and race gas. Haven't tuned it for that yet. I want to drive it for a bit before I blow it up.

its literally just a whipple kit and injectors, that they charge 24k for. you could have that installed anywhere else for 13k. hennessey is the biggest joke in the car world.
i mean if u got that type money to buy either of them cars its really all about preference, no arguing which is better since they all (hellcat,gt500,or that 1 camero) is out of normal person budget... i personally love mustangs and if i had chance would get GT350 and jus apply upgrades🤷🏻♂️
In Michigan a 2018 GT350 and 2018 Hellcat are priced nearly the same at 55K. I thought the Hellcat would be cheaper. I’d rather have the GT350 cuz Hellcats are everywhere in my area.

If you have a non R GT350 it makes way more sense. Adding a 15-20k setup like this would destroy the Hellcat in every way in the end for only 5-10k more all in.
justin beamon GT350’s are about 45-50k used, 350R’s are even more. You can get a Charger Hellcat for 45k used. The HPE850 Package shown here is well over 15k, probably closer to 25k, but we don’t know because they don’t reveal prices unless you actually talk to them. With about 6-7k in mods you can get the Charger to 1000hp.
