How can I find the axial force that induced in each truss member? By getting the force I can choose the section of top , bottom, diagonal member economically.

I mean at a peak time
Check the margine of stresses with respect to the allowable. If you have higer margine it means for higher loads also the bridge is okay.

You can extract the reaction for beams for axial forces.
You have assumed the joints as welded. How will the analysis change if we want to assume the truss members as pin jointed...?
The behavior will change. Pin joint will gives movements which will result in higher deformation.
