great video! Its always a pleasure to hear your opinions and I value them! Thanks for helping some of us, like myself, who is a casual guy and maybe doesnt have the nose to sniff out the good stuff. You and some other guys here on youtube do a great job!
My top 5 safe scent's; 5.Diesel zero plus masculine(7-8h) 4.Versace blue jeans ( 8h) 3.Joop homme-(amazing longevity and sillage 14h+..) 2.Versace pour homme- (longevity-8-10h) 1. YSL opium (last forever on skin and clothes)..
Not as much as you'd think ;-), right now I'm focusing on building my new computer so frags have been on the back burner for a couple months. Should be done soon and back to business as usual.
I'm slightly surprised by the omission of Essential Sport but I guess it would be too much to cram in both the original and the sport edition. Plus you've already got the aquatics covered. Solid list, all in all. Great video!
Nice list. Fully agree! I just blind buy Lacost Blanc and it turned out to be great. The scent is not that complicated but it's really safe and lasts about 8 hrs. on my skin. Wonderful!
You got me wanting to go grab that Lacoste Red. D&G the one smells good on the top but quickly fades away on my skin....I can't even smell it after an hour. Hermes Eau D'orange verte is also a safe scent in my collection but it needs to be layered with the lotion to extend the longevity. Great video, thanks!
I like your reviews. You suggest some great scents....not too pricey either. Keep up the good work bro!!! I just started collecting so ive been putting my nose on alot of different scents so I'll be checking out alot of your videos. Peace!
Lol ...Dan and his Oud....I need to find a smooth and less mature smelling oud frag...thinking of M7 and Fresh. I've been choking out my g/f with Tom Ford's Oud Wood decant ;-0
Awesome list! We seem to like a lot of the same things.. Somehow I have La Nuit De L'Homme but have never even smelled L'Homme. Will definitely have to check that one out.
I have Beckham Homme which I have worn twice. It smells awesome after about 30 minutes to an hour. On my skin it doesn't last long though the bottle is small so it's easy to carry around.
I own over 20 different samples of different colognes and I will say Chanel is a safest bet I own allure sport, extreme and Bleu. The house of Chanel has fragrance on lockdown right now!
I just found your channel and watched a lot of your video's and i didn't notice Armani code or the code ultimate in any of them. i was just wondering if you just personally don't like them, or are they not as good as the other colognes,
Essential Sport has a bit heavy nutmeg note combined with the soap smell that I couldn't say is exactly safe...great fragrance though. And an awesome flanker!
thanks reggie, i just sampled angel men today, and the opening is horrible to me but the dry down is amazing and last so long, i am fairly new to frangrances but the TM stuff seems to be quality
Its retail value is 60 dollars, online you can find deals for up to 57% off. I just bought this Saturday, and in one day's time I've received more comments than my other colognes have gotten me in weeks time. Its gentle, not masculine, the ladies love it
Has a very potent citrus top note that might offend some. When I do my testing, even at work most women say Dior Homme Sport is a bit too potent(ginger) for the first 2 hrs.
Great call with lacoste essential. I love reading the fragrance snob reviews about lacoste, the brand gets a lot of flack from the fragrance community because they're cheap and safe fragrances, but I particularly love lacoste essential
Can I get a list in the description or something? These vids are great but I have a hard time trying to spell some of the colognes you talk about.....Thanks
Safe blind buys in my opinion: anything by The Body Shop or Fruits and Passion, West Indian Lime by Crabtree and Evelyn is good as well. I agree Versace Eau Fraiche is a good safe pick and a good first bottle for someone new to fragrances. Hugo Boss Element is safe as well. But again, it is best to try before buying. Blind buys are more geared if you are buying it as a gift.
L'homme is extremely similiar, but without the minty top notes. La Nuit is a semi sweet gourmand and lacks allot of the characteristics of L'homme when comparing directly. But a phenomenal frag non the less.
First of all u got a great voice man...You make a lot of sense here...I have written down your list and will start checking them out...What do u think abt La Nuit de l'homme. Secondly... I am looking for something which lasts very very long with a lemon flavor and good projection...can u suggest me a name?? Thanks for the video :)
which is better pure malt or pure havane, looking for something thats more versatile prob wont be able to purchase very soon due to finances but def interested, i have couple avon frarences, brit by burberry, and lacoste esstential, if you like clean scents or something really fresh for work try out Gendarme EDT, appreciate the videos, i need to start reviewing but mainly i just watch videos from all the more experienced people on here, but i do enjoy colognes and am starting to get addicted
I'm planning to buy YSL fragrance. I have sampled lhomme libre and get a fresh floral smell. How does la nuit and lhomme compare? I still have to sample both before purchasing
You forgot to mention Aqua Di Gio....I know i know its extremely popular and best selling cologne but it is 100% a safe and or blind buy scent for sure
hey man love your videos, but long time havent uploaded any videos...i look forward for your views, your likes r very similar to mine...so keep doing the good work..
I personally think the original Issey Miyake Pour Homme is much "safer" (more people will like it) than the sport. Maybe it's a love/hate thing, but to me the "grapefruit" type smell in it doesn't smell like grapefruit and comes off kind of gross.
That one isnt safe. Definitely getting mixed reviews. Dont get me wrong, I love it, but that can go south and smell like windex on some people. For me I get peppery aquatic though. I eat that stuff up.
great video! Its always a pleasure to hear your opinions and I value them! Thanks for helping some of us, like myself, who is a casual guy and maybe doesnt have the nose to sniff out the good stuff. You and some other guys here on youtube do a great job!
I always watch your videos first before I buy a fragrance.

1. YSL opium (last forever on skin and clothes)..
You'll love it. Really unique clean scent!
Not as much as you'd think ;-), right now I'm focusing on building my new computer so frags have been on the back burner for a couple months. Should be done soon and back to business as usual.

Have you done a comparison with unforgivable and wall st.? These two are more comparable than MI I think. They also both were done by David Apel.
Nice list. Fully agree! I just blind buy Lacost Blanc and it turned out to be great. The scent is not that complicated but it's really safe and lasts about 8 hrs. on my skin. Wonderful!

just bought the TM cologne based on your review, i like really clean scents, THANKS AGAIN!
I like your reviews. You suggest some great scents....not too pricey either. Keep up the good work bro!!! I just started collecting so ive been putting my nose on alot of different scents so I'll be checking out alot of your videos. Peace!
Excellent list. Really appreciate the video. I also agree that L' Homme is an extraordinary, blind buy scent. Always looking forward to your reviews.
Lol ...Dan and his Oud....I need to find a smooth and less mature smelling oud frag...thinking of M7 and Fresh. I've been choking out my g/f with Tom Ford's Oud Wood decant ;-0

One vote for Clinique Happy, very very safe.
I just found your channel and watched a lot of your video's and i didn't notice Armani code or the code ultimate in any of them. i was just wondering if you just personally don't like them, or are they not as good as the other colognes,
Thank you for the kind words, greatly appreciated!
Essential Sport has a bit heavy nutmeg note combined with the soap smell that I couldn't say is exactly safe...great fragrance though. And an awesome flanker!
Nice list. I would add D&G Light Blue/ Polo Blue/ CK One Summer/ Cool Water
i love lacoste style in play. i got it in Ireland back in 2005 for my dad. he loves it and as a girl i love it on a guy. great scent
Quality choices man,
Lovin the big ass bottles as usual lol,
Cheers!!
thanks reggie, i just sampled angel men today, and the opening is horrible to me but the dry down is amazing and last so long, i am fairly new to frangrances but the TM stuff seems to be quality

Great pics man but how come you don't have any oud in your list, lol
Has a very potent citrus top note that might offend some. When I do my testing, even at work most women say Dior Homme Sport is a bit too potent(ginger) for the first 2 hrs.
Amazing fragrance descriptions!
I've used lacoste red when I was young, like 15 years ago and never saw it again in the stores !!
I think it was discontinued ! XD
D&G Light Blue could have been an honorable mention...along with Gucci by Gucci Sport. Both are wonderful light salty aquatics.
Awesome vid Reggie!
love your videos man.
I happen to prefer Pure Havane, but love both. And Pure Havane is more wearable then Pure Malt IMO.
Farhenheit is a love it or hate it because of the very unique oil top note....I happen to be on the latter end of the spectrum.
Great call with lacoste essential.
Great list. Thought Versace Pour Homme was gonna be your number one though!
great compilation.
Very safe frags but just didn't make the cut with so much competition out there...sorry. I use CK One all the time if I'm lounging around home.
Rite of passage? Aventus. Make sure it's the pineapple batch. If your unsure the frag-bros can help you. It's the heavyweight champ
Have you ever reviewed fahrenheit in your videos? I would be interested on your opinion on it.
Light Blue is much more of a salty aquatic...love it though. Just wished it lasted longer on my skin.
Safe blind buys in my opinion: anything by The Body Shop or Fruits and Passion, West Indian Lime by Crabtree and Evelyn is good as well. I'm gettin mad compliments thanks to your cologne picks.. Btw do you put on make up or some shjit ?!?
Safe Fragrances : Nautica Voyage - Perry Ellis 360 REd - Sculpture Homme - CH 212 men
Lacoste Pour Homme very under the radar, quality juice.
The best from the Lacoste house IMO
First of all u got a great voice man...You make a lot of sense here...I have written down your list and will start checking them out...What do u think abt La Nuit de l'homme. Secondly... Nice list, but where is Boss Bottled?
L' Homme got me the compliments everyday. My friend even stole my travel bottle.True story.
I'm planning to buy YSL fragrance. I have sampled lhomme libre and get a fresh floral smell. How does la nuit and lhomme compare? I still have to sample both before purchasing
and i agree with your list 100% bro, great list and love your vids
A bit too potent with the bergamot and cinnamon....will be on an upcoming Work fragrances list though...
Thnx cause I just got into colognes. And im thinking of getting versace pour homme
I manage in a retail.
You forgot to mention Aqua Di Gio....I know i know its extremely popular and best selling cologne but it is 100% a safe and or blind buy scent for sure
is it any coincidence that the majority of these safe are summer/fresh scents?
Where you bought all the perfume? From the stores or online?
Hey men which one is better kenzo pour homme or versace thanks
Great vid idea!
IMHO Pour Homme is much stronger for a citrus scent, which I love. But if you enjoy a much more wearable light scent Eau Fraiche.
I'll definitely try.
were can you purchase original cologne in New York, cumming from Trinidad for the holidays
$25 shipped, it's about 90% full and comes with box.
How is the longevity with the Sean John cologne? Does it smell synthetic?
sean John is wonderful only downfall is it does not last very long 3 hours to be precise
You hear any info about a men fragrance of leather?
How many sprays do you use and where do spray them when you use frags?
can you please review a david beckham fragrance. its a cheapy but i want to know other peoples opinions on it
Just saw Givenchy blue label at Perfumania(hate that store) in Miami
and for niche id say these are pretty safe
3)creed mi
2)bond no.9 brooklyn
1)creed git
Where's Versace Pour Homme? Should've made the list. I love that juice...
I agree with your #1 choice
Really? I'll have to check it out next time I'm at Saks...
Great reviews!
Eau Franche smells very similar to Dolce and Gabbana's Light Blue.
That stuff is awesome. Smells as if you rubbed a fresh apple all over yourself lol!
hey man love your videos, but long time havent uploaded any videos...i look forward for your views, your likes r very similar to mine...so keep doing the good work..
id say the five blind buys i'd recommend would be
5)a and f fierce
4)chanel bleu
3)dior homme sport
2)chanel homme sport
1)yves saint laurent l'homme
Ok last post. ... promise! Request: Can you post your list in the description bar? PLLLLLEEEEAAAASSSSE :-)
wonderfull list.
Versace Eau Fraiche or Versace Pour Homme?
i need a cologne like versace eau de franc
Lacoste don't last on me don't knw what it is with that house
Blind buying is always fun, it's a risk that I definitely with it
I personally think the original Issey Miyake Pour Homme is much "safer" (more people will like it) than the sport. Maybe it's a love/hate thing, but to me the "grapefruit" type smell in it doesn't smell like grapefruit and comes off kind of gross.
I'll def check out lacoste red
I haven't heard anyone say anything bad about D&G The One, ever.
how much you looking for?
I don't know but that Thierry Mugler Cologne doesn't last two hours on me.
Same here mate. I use it to the gym or short informal activities. Although a very nice one.
in my opinion lhomme isnt a very safe scent but its your list .
What about versace pour homme?
For 2012. Next years will be updated.
Goddamn man I love L'Homme!!!
Its a shame hugo boss bottled did not make it.only decent hugo boss definetly safe blindbuy.
keep that lacoste red on the DL bro thats my secret weapon
whats you're profession?
That one isnt safe. Definitely getting mixed reviews. Dont get me wrong, I love it, but that can go south and smell like windex on some people.
For me I get peppery aquatic though. I eat that stuff up.
Issey Miyake Sport is rerally good!
Gucci Pour Homme II should have been on this list :)
