Yeah I assume it's still used and yes low tide. Love taking a dingy out in that area as there are loads of seals on the islands further out but usually only get a two hour slot of high tide and have to rush back ASAP so you don't end up getting stranded, the villages are so cute around that neck of the woods, flint stone used in the construction of the buildings.
That boat is meant to be on the ground? Or is it low tide or something? And it has solar panels? So it's still in use I presume.
