If you think to do VLSI coaching course after Btech then make sure the coaching institute has very well contact with industries, and also get suggestions who got placed from there , and it's better to ask them directly whether in industry is there any discrimination between coaching guy and the one who done Mtech in VLSI . And I think Mtech in VLSI is always good option, it will add one degree in your resume and also you will get extra 2 years of college life that too if you are doing Mtech from premium institute then it will be the most beautiful two years of your life where you can also learn lot of things.

Hello Sir, Sir, Most of the questions in the interview are from analog domain so I want to know, Was it because you had shown your interest in analog domain in your resume?
you can either directly go for a job after getting some certifications or no need of that if you are very good at vlsi concepts, verilog/system verilog. or else not, then can get a PG Diploma from CDAC in VLSI or take a certified course from lmaven or any other well versed institute. Go for mtech only if you are interested in research work else not needed.

@@deeezz844 nielit institute of Chennai and Mumbai are some other institutes and also SIT(silicion institute of technology) which is I guess private and does have descent placement record, also they organise NES every year which is a webinar + internship fair kind of can join that too. Rest you can google.

3:11, metal M1 has more resistance when compared with metalM3. check the thickness of Metals if more then less resistance and vice versa.
