You guys win - your hailstones were bigger than the ones we saw last summer in Denver - I'm sooo sorry! I can still see the damage on my big blue spruce (and on the brick on the side of my house - it literally chipped round pieces out of it!) from that storm. Very scary!
There are a lot of respectable companies out there that will help out the homeowners get what's coming to them from the ins companies. If you let the adjuster go up there with out you having a contractor up there with him they will save money and leave out damage. Don't sign anything until you meet a qualified contractor with experience in working with ins companies.
@BillyJulio I do realize that the adjusters do get paid on what they write up in damages. It is a great system if all parties are ethical and honest with full disclosure. I used to be a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Burnett, I wouldn't trade my sales rep job with Aspen Exteriors for anything. My wife is a Principal so this job of chasing hail lets one of us stay home with the kids all year.
I'm removing all advertising as soon as I see it here. There are people canvassing the neighborhoods pushing their roofing companies. I'll ask friends and neighbors for their input on who are good roofers/contractors.
the end is just beginnig be ready for da worst to come all this earth quakes around da world is giving us a heads up of what to xpect in 2012 so be ready america cause i am hhahahahhaha
Im in OKC too and thanks for posting this I was able to show my friends the storm.
