- Stock Market Correction is an inevitable process of equity investment. Smart Investors should identify the early signs of stock market correction due predominantly because of the expensive market i.e. P/E ratio of more than 24. The P/E ratio may depend on the profitability of the company. FII's normally refer profitability in the context of the GDP.
Some other factors pointing to stock marker correction are higher cash holding by MF's and India's Forex reserve being at an all time high. The increase in Gold import and lower participation of stocks in the incremental rally are key concerns for the investors.

The rally is due to very very limited participation. From 10k to 11k, only 5 stocks contributed around 70%. Check small cap & mid cap. My views remain the same.
