Definitely you should travel to Poland, it one of beautiful countries here in Europe. Every year i traveling to Poland since 18 years and i love it. The people in Poland are friendly, nice, helpful.
Poland its actually the most sefiest place in Europe, very clean and all the time in impressive development. I often left my home doors open, going to the short visit in shop becouse Im guite sure nothing wrong will happen. Streets are clean, traffic on roads in general is calm and fluid. Work for Police officers its calm, and often concentrates on cofe break on fuelstations. And from western perspective Poland its very cheap country to visit or live, especially for people in retired age. Energy its much more cheapier than in west, couse of goverment system operators and substydial prices and fuels are extremaly cheap. Prices of Oil in stock market are raising, but finall prices for customers are going down, couse of goverment Oil companies and their policy, friendly to ordinary People.
I know this road very well. The border crossing is also a point where both drivers start driving a bit more recklessly, and the quality of roads improves a lot. Maybe there are pretty mad drivers in Poland sometimes, but their motorways are of excellent quality (except for signage in some areas).
It's unbelievable to see all those lateral sound barriers along the motorway without a trace of graffiti vandalism in them. It makes the trip so much more enjoyable. Unfortunately it's impossible to find such a clean environment in Southern Europe anymore, every single flat surface along the roads gets vandalised nowadays.

Since this are used to be under Austrian and German control endpoints are spelt as Glewitz and Ostrau in the German Language. Excellent video overall. Regarding the Polish A1 Motorway it cuts through the Russian empire sector to reach the German Empire controlled West Prussia Danzig
i think you got lost in time buddy. There is no German or Russian empire. And those areas youre talking about were controlled by them for little over a hundred years while Poland has been in control of those lands for over than a thousand years.
Oh yes and Germany is a part of american occupation zone while its eastern part belongs to russians. Was your grandpa a member of nazi party? Did he kill innocent civilians? Do you still have konzentazionslagers in Germany?
@@qmance8062Thats absolute un-historic nonsense. Gleiwitz and Ostrau have been settled by Germans and Germanic people most of the time. The original inhabitants were massacred and forcibly displaced after WW2.

Last time i checked they murdered 6 milions of Poles not to mention krauts robbed and destroyed property in Poland worth more than 900 bilion $....and forgot to pay war reperations.
