AM I READY TO DECLUTTER MORE OF MY PORCELAIN DOLLS? Maybe not...and that's okay.

- I had a huge cabinet, filled with porcelain dolls. I have decluttered most of them, but I still have a few stored in a bin that has been sitting in a corner of our guest room for several years. Am I ready to declutter more? I really don't know. Go through the bin with me and we'll find out. Either way, I want to move that bin out of our guest room, once and for all.

i use to have a hand full, but had no room when i moved, and my mail lady had just come back to work, she had breast cancer, they got it all :) and she had to use my phone to call super visor, she was running late on shift. afterward she made comment how stunning my dolls were. i asked her if she would like them as i could not take them with me. she was ecstatic! she came by after her shift. i put all in their boxes. she couldnt quit hugging me. It made me feel really good. 🤗😊
That's wonderful! 💕💕💕If I knew someone who wanted porcelain dolls, I would be very happy to share what I have left, even give them all of my dolls. I had a huge cabinet filled with porcelain dolls. These are my favorites, so I think it will be like my cabbage patch dolls. I will give them to someone, someday. Someone, not just a random anyone give-away. I just don't know who yet. But when I do, my heart will know and I will feel good about it.

When it became apparent that the only time I looked at sentimental items was when I was doing a round of decluttering, I let a lot go. Your efforts to avoid that and find dust-free zones for your dolls to be displayed and seen on a daily basis must be some type of decluttering because it's no longer clutter if you use and enjoy something. Every doll in your curated collection is so pretty!

Your dolls are all so pretty. My great aunt collected porcelain dolls and I loved to go to here house and look at her dolls growing up. This is a great example of not finding a ton of others to declutter and we have all been there for sure 💞xoxo💞

I went through my bags and wallets yesterday certain I would declutter some. I ended up just emptying out all the ones I'm currently not using, discarded anything I didn't need from in them, and reorganized them so they took up less space. Maybe next time I will let some go. 😊

She's my prettiest one. The ribbon seriously helps that dress. The fabric reminds me of 1980's couches. 😂

The dress I made was for a baby doll. I gave the doll away, but I kept the dress I made for it because I didn't finish it. I didn't add the buttons to the back.

Hey, Carrie 🤗💕 I used to have all of my porcelain dolls in a big cabinet in the living room. It sat where the little table and two chairs are now. It took up half of the Raggedy Ann wall.
The first Driveway Giveaway was my porcelain doll collection. I only kept a few. I've gone through the bin a time or two since then, but I think I have it down to my favorites now.
After I recorded the video, I took them back out and put them on one of the shelves in the guest room, but I didn't like it. I tried different places. Nowhere looked good, so I put them back in the bin again.
While I was editing, I realized I can put them out at Christmas (or Valentine's Day or Easter), like my bears and rag dolls, so I put the bin in the basement. That got the bin out of the guest room, which is what I wanted.
Someday, when the right person comes along, I'll know, and I'll let each one of them go. Meanwhile, they can stay. They're pretty and they make me smile. 🩷

photos, but now i have new phone, i am going to take pictures and send to flash drive on my pc. so i dont have to think about the papers. it will be backed on google cloud.
