Awww this one is my favorites ❤ when he sings Spanish towards the end he's saying "You who are in the high heaven, give me your blessings" ❤❤❤They are brothers and Henry the lead singer wrote this he lost his son to SIDS. ❤️🙏❤️ Definitely need to hear this and Senorita from the Fillmore live❤
Very awesome!! I can relate. I lived just a few blocks from Mark Farner, lead singer of Grand Funk Railroad. We would sit outside on the weekends and hear them in their garage until well after 2am.
@@willaimrobinson9383 When ever the boys were in town they stayed at their moms house and they did a concert in the back yard, but you could hear the music for blocks. It was a wonderful experience.
Henry (vocals and guitar, JoJo (vocals and bass), and Ringo Garza (vocals and drums). They got their break in the early 2000's after grinding it out on the road for a few years. I saw them in concert back in the day a couple of times around 2005-2006 - they're really good live. Henry and JoJo generally trade off on the main vocals. Their father was a musician and so it was natural for the boys to get into music too. They call their style Texican Rock and Stevie Ray Vaughn was a big influence on Henry's guitar work. You can also hear some Carlos Santana influences in there along with some blues with the guitar work and you will also hear harmonica and horns depending on the track. Heaven was their breakout single. They have five albums out, the last one in 2013 and have been laying low since around 2019, as they've had their struggles. They're supposedly planning to start recording and touring again, but haven't seen/heard any updates. It would be great if they do get back in the game - I love their sound. Other songs: Senorita, Crazy Dream, More Than Love, Onda (wave), Velvet Sky, Diamonds, Órale (okay), Home, Forgiven, American Idle (not Idol). They also have a few covers that are pretty good.

When i heard this song as a kid i didnt even fully understand the meaning of the song but it was such a comfy uplifting song that i would always stop and enjoy it whenever it came on the radio. ❤
This crossed over to contemporary Christian radio as a cover by Salvador. A beautiful song. I wanted to see more of the feet! Love this video and love your joy!
I remember back when this first came out, It was blowin` up the radio. Guitar kind of like a Santana sound and a great vocal. However, we never caught that this was actually a song of faith. But that`s exactly what it is.
Looks like they filmed the video in the church in Santa Fe, NM. That church is famous for the spiral stair case, because there's no visible way to support the stair case.
I don't remember hearing these guys; great sound . That hair calls out the cool indio genes. Most of my cousins would look better if they wore theirs long, too. And I love adobe buildings; my grandmother lived in a little adobe house in ABQ, for a while.
i love them they are my brothers i fell this so much i worked so hard and it seems like no one cares so how far is heaven i would like to know please i want to know
They are one of the biggest criminal act the music industry committed. They should be big. Tgey should of been pro.oted more. Its sad they trusted tge music industry. I hope they try again as a tolat independent artists. Thats how sands and singers should be . In control of their own music

Oh my gosh I haven’t heard them in a lifetime. I used to listen to this all the time 😊
Los Lonely Boys were from San Angelo, Texas. I lived about 3 houses down from their mom's house. ❤😊

@@willaimrobinson9383GFR just played at my college!! I love their music growing up!
The lead singer wrote this when he was in a really dark place after the death of his young son. It's a really dark song that is somehow uplifting.
oh no! 😭 that's heartbreaking
Just saw them last week in MA. Still sound so smooth! Great show!
Jealous❤
These three men taught me that three brothers CAN make music together successfully, and have a GREAT time doing it.

They have a song, "Velvet Sky", that's fantastic!
I call them the Hispanic BeeGees. BeeGees stands for Brothers Gibb. They are the Brothers Garza. Talented with great harmonies.
What a great analogy for them !! 😁🩷
We all love a beautiful harmony.

I love Los Lonely Boys! I got to see them Live in Chicago years ago. It was a great concert. They opened for Carlos Santana.
If you really want a great example of their musicianship, the video of Onda Live at the Fillmore is a must watch. They are phenomenal.
These are our Texas boys!
I’ve seen them perform live! They used to open for Santana back in the early 2000s!!
KFOG Live from the Archives has a great live acoustic performance of this
Niiiiiice! Love this tune!
