The Correctional Institution for Women in Mandaluyong is the largest and oldest women's prison in the Philippines. All female felons will end up here to undergo rehabilitation. Their dormitories are crowded, hot and humid. Even the water supply is scarce. Got imprisonment because of false declaration of age in order to work overseas. This is the failure of the gov't who are not able to provide quality jobs for its citizens. The gov't should imprison themselves.
