is it just me or the Noir is noticeably more fragile? my assumption is either from the enemy damage on higher stars, Psi not being maxed out, both or a nerf
The reason he seems more frail is because of the way higher stated enemies and also enemies having better dps output, stuff like betty or gorilla (the red enemy that's summoned when the barrel dude dies) have very high dps that becomes way more noticeable on higher stars, this case is just kamikazes being crazy

I think it is because of kamikaze being an tank killer? (1k damage)
and also crocket sometimes ruining your bomb battler timing
Tested him on 3 star final judgement and he died faster than lord skelly
