  • With the warmer weather, I decided to go and retake BriteZone Express. Their wraparound brushes are spinning much faster now than previously as they were warmed up before this video was taken.
Opened in July of 2018 and installed by Auto Wash Services, BriteZone Express is one of the newest tunnels in the Fort Worth area. It features a 180’ Macneil XR-1000 conveyor with Mr. Foamer Foaminators, Banana Foamers, and foam generators. The tunnel features all AVW equipment with 2 sets of 21” rocker brushes and 2 sets of 41” rocker brushes, 2 mitter exit wrap combo units, 2 hexagon wheel cannons, and 2 top brushes. Blowers and tire shiners are from Sonny’s.
The tunnel also features some ceiling mounted foamers including a triple foam rainbar. BriteZone Express is a primarily hydraulic tunnel and is also primarily soft cloth with the exception of the two top brushes using foam.

I love this tunnel layout and think this is the best AVW tunnels I've seen and hope to someday see it myself.

I have a question, when a car is completely full of mud, how good are the insides of the tires washed? On the inside of the shock absorbers. It would be nice if they uploaded a video where I'm washing a completely muddy car.

Looks a lot better! AVW is excellent equipment. Simple and reliable. Why did the operator use a macneil conveyor?

Richard A they mentioned to me that the metal was thicker and lasted longer because of the thicker rails and metals.
