I’ve been playing her too, sometimes my issue is that I get kited because i’m constantly switching between spawn and leech to make sure it doesn’t go out of bounds

How do you get the followers to move towards something when you switch off of them?

Keep pressing the forward key/hold forward on your joystick when you are in the switching menu. Once you switch, they'll keep going in that direction.
