Fleet Carrier Yidhra in the Wembal System but will attempt to get closer to the titan if possible. Excellent advice and will make preparations. Carrier is open to both factions for Anti-Xeno operations. Refuel, rearming, repair and universal cartographics available. We will kick ass, glory to humanity.
Thanks to your krait builds and "end to end guide" videos, I've got a pretty capable bomber and have hit 2.5mil in bonds just from practicing for the last two nights. I'm determined not to miss this one, looking forward to Thursday and Friday! o7

If you keep to the outer side of the asteroid field it’s pretty safe. Patrols won’t bother you there.

OK this is hilarious, the parallels to the death star attack run are scary though.
48 hours very unlikely. Last two titans where taken down at a pace of 1 heart every 8-10 hours the first two days, with pace picking up over the weekend. Personally I don't see meltdown happening before Monday, so there will be plenty of time come Thursday to make 20 times the 2 million requirement.
Love the Star Wars themed briefing. May the Raxxla be with you! On a more serious note, time to practice the bombing run in AGF bomber, still can't hit all 8.
An advice is face the vent while in the slightly near radius from the titan at a perpendicular angle, turn faon if you haven't, target vent, as soon as it opens press left thrust and boost, do not stop boosting, use your mouse/targeting to position your ship correctly and keep the orbit, think of it as drawing an octagon on the titan
Most important is don't oversteer and don't stop boosting, because you will miss a vent if you oversteer
Also if you have your torpedo launcher on a left hardpoint you might want to boost right to provide the turreted nanite launcher enough time to lock on and shoot since you're only going to be glancing over the vent and immediately targeting it

Thank you for having your carrier so close to the titan, I just made my 2m and this is my first titan. Being a new Cmdr and only coming to the game a few months ago, your videos have been very helpful and informative when it comes to AX combat. Next I need to practice FA off and cold orbiting so I can take down more than a Cyclops solo. o7 Cmdrs and good luck.

Not by any formal diagnosis, no. But then again, it's a spectrum so maybe I am! But, even if I am, I am probably closer to the mainstream side of the spectrum overall.
@CMDR Mechan - For commanders who are just starting to gather mats for anti guardian field what our the options for spire sites, and other mats that are Titan dependant? Do you think that the Titan game loops are going to go away and just be unavailable after the 8th Titan is destroyed? We are hoping that Fdev will retreat the final Titan to an accessible location so that commanders can continue to engage in the loops associated with the Titans, Spire sites, etc.
For spire sites - Cocijo still has active spire sites, you can find them on DCoH.watch. You can also get Tactical Core Chips from occupied systems with military settlements (which will have Revenants.)
For what happens after Cocijo goes boom - I mean, who knows? :) I personally doubt we've seen the end of all Titans, but I have no facts to back that up.

Also Super excited to dust off my PMK2 bomber build.
While it IS possible to assault it before Thursday... it hurts a hell of a lot on the caustic damage(sinks were filling up within 5-10 seconds). Tried with a tried and true Python Mk II build just now, and was down to roughly 30% hull by time we made it to the Titan, got the pineapple open with 10% hull left, aaaaaand boom before pineapple was down. Will give it another shot Thursday.
Environmental caustic damage really hasn’t changed. Gotta pop those sinks as they fill up. Always needed to. Still take the same ~5 caustic sinks to get through the Maelstrom. Maybe you just don’t remember how intense the caustic in the maelstrom has always been … And it certainly won’t change Thursday. What HAS changed is the amount of caustic that caustic MISSILES do. For no obvious reason, it is now 3x what it was before the last patch. An even greater reason to use stealth builds.
@@Astyrrean using a python mk 2 running super cold, the caustic sinks I'm launching as they get close to cap, but it's filling up much quicker than previous titans which I've only attempted after the call to bomb has gone out. The build I'm using is one a friend linked to me from AXI specifically designed to Titan bomb, and it's done fine in the past so unless something is different, I can't explain why I'm running out of sinks and hull too early

While approaching Titian Raijan I was intercepted several times by Interceptors. That's not the unusual, but, I swear I could hear. from the Thargoid ships 'Hello' over the speakers, they attacked me all the same but has anyone else heard this?

Maybe it would be interesting for you to start preparing a video with ideas on how to convert our PMk2 bombers to other activities after all the titans explode... unless FDev gives us more titans, to keep the momentum going!

The issue, from a strictly personal point of view, is that I don't trade my CytoPlasmaConda (with plasmas or shards) to pop Oreos and, without a doubt, my meta AX Chieftain for CZ's and interceptors in general.
Sure that PMk2 can do all this, but as they say in my country, every monkey has its own branch!

You can die, just don't hit the continue button until the torus ends.

First time on my titan destruction experience and im thrilled!!!!
Cashing in bonds is not required. Rewards are granted based on “bonds earned” not “bonds cashed”. You can cash bonds at any carrier that has that service enabled but mind you - carriers take a 25% cut (12.5% goes to the carrier owner, the other 12.5% is embezzled by the carrier’s staff.) So if you want to keep the full value, cash bonds at a station instead.
Does XSF have its own public Discord or do you share it with AXI?
We have a discord but, unlike AXI, it is not public, but, rather, by-application-only. You can find the application for on the XSF website.
so it is possible to start stacking some runs (credits), in preperation, will it count towards the 2 mill? And then it is my understanding to try and be there for each heart that falls, not done this before. Gave it a try and practised a bit, noticed it was giving credits for damaging the core.
Tried yesterday, the max resistance makes it a bit underwhelming - granted I didnt' hit all 8 vents - but got 500k each run. Far cry from 24m that folks can do now

@@CMDRLemming-Irski i see, so is there a minimum vents to hit where it still opens the core, but just gives more money, at this point of ED i care little for credits. So it would be just to make sure i am efficient and do it right.
Max is 28m per cycle, starting Thursday. Right now is 2m per cycle max.
Does it matter where I cash in my bonds? Does it have to be at a rescue mega ship? Do I need to avoid cashing in at my FC?
You don't even need to cash them. Credit is given on credits EARNED not credits CASHED.
You can cash in wherever you want. But the FC takes a huge -25% from your profit - not recommended. If you are willing to do Powerplay for Arissa Lavigny-Duval you can combine the combat bonds with an extra 20 % bonus cash-out (or 30/40/50% depending on power global place) from rank 2 (while cash in the bonds in controlled / exploited systems from Arissa Lavigny-Duval).

9:46 and onward... wow so many ways that playing the game normally will ruine the game for everyone. How long has this game been fully released? I would belive you were talking about a buggy alpha build for something.
Elite is a massive game based on a custom engine from over a decade ago. The good side of that is that it is unlike any game out there. The bad side of that is that there’s a lot of bugs and almost zero dev time to fix them. So we cope.
For those that don't know, Scythes will only show up if someone is trying to rescue pods. Glaives on the other hand...
You sure about that? I’ve seen scythes several times in instances where we weren’t even remotely trying to rescue pods. They are “inbound” for the most part, returning to the maw, often pre-damaged.
