Kamenstein Kitchen Scale arrived DOA - No Display No Controls. - FIXED

This arrived from Ebay and did not work. The seller refunded my money.
As always, my video is not necessarily a "how to" so much as a "how I did it". Also, I leave my mistakes in because that's life.
Spoiler alert! - I replaced 2 faulty switches.
