It's obvious that the few comments are from tenants. Wait till you own a home and understand what the cost is on payments, maintenance, repairs and insurance, plus let's not forget taxes! Investment property is just that, investment that requires a return on that investment, it's not a charity.
This is so sad and DISGUSTING because these huge properties have made little to no upgrades but have doubled the rent just because they can. Metro center 2bdrm apt I lived at in 2001 paying $750/month looks exactly the same but is now just short of 3x that now for monthly rent.
