To cut down on your baked potato time, i microwave my potatoes for about 7 minutes before placing them in to my air fryer which crisps them up very well in another 5 minutes.
We got our first air fryer this Christmas. Unpacked and prepped it on Christmas Eve. The first meal we prepared, after looking at some TH-cam videos, was Christmas dinner. Turkey crown and all the trimmings, except the gravy and bread sauce. It was a revelation, a beautiful meal and so little washing up.
Slight issue with Tzatziki on the Nachos. Surely should be sour cream instead of a Greek dip. I'm sure it tastes fine, just feels slightly controversial for the traditionalists. Although I'm sure the use of Doritos in the first place would do that. Not hating, I like the video 👌

I tried the toothpick trick to stop my paper liner from blowing everywhere. Pop a few toothpicks through the paper and anchor into the holes in the tray. My first batch of cookies were logs, then, after anchoring, turned out beautifully. Love the recipes here....maybe enough to make me consider Brussel sprouts.
