And mostly about herself, she will speak in English. and I have to say switching languages is not easy. Your brain is following in one language direction, and then it is interrupted by another one. She changes it effortlessly and for me, it it impressive 😍😍😍

The main reason why I love Lisa, is that I feel represented by her and her cultural background. Just like she jumps from English to Korean then Thai, and keeps mixing them up even in interviews. That’s me, that’s how I speak as well, I jump between English, Spanish and Korean, and mix them up all the time. You can see that Lisa feels very proud of the multi-cultural background, and is not afraid to show it. I see myself in her in that sense, and is refreshing! Love you Lisa!

Same . in Malaysia society,, learning 3 languages ( Malay , English, Chinese) in school, then mixing with Indian friends, having Cantonese and hokkien relatives . Flex 💪
@@ash32183 I was taught all three languages since childhood. I don’t have just one mother tongue. I do express myself the best in English so I call it my “dominant” language, but I can speak all three just as fluently. The term ‘mother tongue’ is a bit foreign to me.

Lisa unapologetically switching from English to Korean to Thai shows her confidence in herself. There are grammar nazis around who think speaking fluent english makes someone superior than the rest 😒. I am cool with however she speaks as long as I get to see the subs. @@AbsorbAngel I totally agree. If she starts speaking English with proper grammar, that will be like leaving no stone unturned. There will be nothing stopping her from attending english interviews and participating in foreign ventures easily. She is already a formidable force. And I am happy to see her being confident in her own skin and owning it. She is persistent in learning new things and a quick learner too, be it pole dancing or speaking mandarin or English.

Lisa may be painted as the goofy maknae by the group's fandom but she's much more than that obviously. I've watched all her solo interviews and the depth of her answers always leave me in awe. Her wise words is a huge help too especially for the underdogs. I know there's a lot more to this girl than meets the eye. She has a way with words that sometimes she cannot fully express because she's nervous or shy but those words she utters, it leaves you wanting to hear more.
