You're going to speed climb that f@*$ing tree? EMP vlog 4

A couple week of Evolve Move Play's natural parkour training. High exposed limb walks, jumps at height, speed runs, difficult wall runs, tic tacs and more, this was super fun period of time. The main tree run we worked on is one of my favorite projects I have come up with over all the years of my training.

I am wearing the old 5.10 urban ascent model, unfortunately they have been discontinued for like a decade. I bought a bunch of pairs when I saw they were discontinued so I am still wearing them.
