    Finally a review from someone, who actually took the time to explore all the modes and perform it, instead of just taking a glimpse on the phone of a friend. I agree with all of your points and I also wouldn't say it's necessarily for a beginner (even though it's quite easy to perfom), but if you already enjoy performing mentalism you'll definitely also enjoy ENIGMA and you'll appreciate having another tool in your mentalism toolbox.

      This is your only wrong comment of the whole review. It was too short if anything, every moment was gold.

      I truly appreciate that thank you! I try and keep my videos shorter but I never really manage too 😅! So the fact I see so many people finding nuggets of information from what I have to share means alot! Have a great day!

      Enigma is brilliant, and your review matched it. I will emphasize that it is super fun to practice. Could you recommend some resources for learning PLOYS for people who are just beginning with those methods? This app definitely assumes you have some talent/ experience with that.

    • @sebastiantoca9208
      @sebastiantoca9208  ปีที่แล้ว

      @joelbears2303 I would recommend looking at anything Peter Turner has put out! He is the master of sharing and explaining so many intricate ploys and ways of “wiggling” through scenarios. If not, Michael Murray is a great resource for that as well - he has tons of principles that all mentalists refer too, as does Christian in Enigma!

    Does anyone sell notebooks etc that can be used to hide props such as phones? It strikes me that that’s a generally excellent method…

      I believe someone in the comments mentioned one, but the reviews of it are mixed. I feel that you can try and make yours for less than 10$! That is what I did, with little to no massive DIY ( just some glue, scotch, and scissors) . Thank you for watching and commenting!

    Each year I portray the "big guy in the red suit" and always include magic to show the "magic of Christmas". I am always wearing white parade gloves. Can the non-fallback, non-spoken methods be performed with gloves?

    • @sebastiantoca9208
      @sebastiantoca9208  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If the gloves are tactile then yes! I know that there are alot of them that have touch capabilities, so yes it could be possible with fitting gloves!

    • @Colin_Holloway

      @@sebastiantoca9208 My gloves usually don't allow touch, so I'll need to do some homework on white gloves that allow touch.

    One question I'm hoping you can answer... I work with a director. If I purchase this, can I share a log in with him to be able to use as well while we develop our routine? Or would he have to purchase a second license.

  • @gobrownstd54
    @gobrownstd54 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Sebastian, so from your review, I'm guessing that the app is "listening" and you have a key word that would tell it what to listen to? I'm wondering if someone has an accent if that could be a problem??? Or am I just way off on this? Great review, btw, as always

    • @Flawlless
      @Flawlless ปีที่แล้ว +3

      That's just one way of many to use the app :) So there are enough other options if you're in a loud environment for example

    • @sebastiantoca9208
      @sebastiantoca9208  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      The app listening is a method that can help you quicken and simplify certain aspects of the process. HOWEVER, there are 4 other methods that do not use voice that you can use to achieve the same process. It truly is up to you! You can also customize the “key word” to what ever you want. So if you speak a different language, or find an easy word you want, you can change it to that! If you have other questions about this, feel free to ask!

    • @jankumberger
      @jankumberger ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So ALL of the app functionalities and modes are completely language agnostic?

    • @sebastiantoca9208
      @sebastiantoca9208  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @jankumberger For now, it is English only, but languages are being added very soon, so that you can work this and all the modes in the language that suits you the best (as long as it exists within the app).
