And after the temple, when he realized that he couldn’t defeat Bariss just like that, he literally turned on the amped mode as he did against Dooku, which can be seen on his face. And that was the only way he could defeat her. Bariss at this point is no longer a padwan, but a Jedi Knight enhanced by the dark side. She is already stronger than almost all the Jedi Masters at this point, so this was a tough fight for Anakin
I think they didn't interfere for a few reasons. Obviously Anakin was prolific within the Republic. The battles fate was inevitable, only reason Bariss lasted so long was because she was using her hate. If Sinube & the Younglings could watch from a safe distance, then it was a good REAL 1v1 lesson to learn from. Neither Bariss or Anakin got close enough to pose a hazard to the younglings by stray lightsaber swings, so they just let it play out

I think it's not boredom but as you can see he gets more fueled with rage over time so it makes his force powers more accessible as he isn't your regular jedi.
The choreography in here is perfect ngl seeing Anakin struggle with dual wielding then or him to drop one of the lightsabers, ply defensive till he disarms her of one of the lightsabers and going all out on offense. He knows the style he’s best at and he forces her to duel his way

Dude could have likely 1v1d Yoda in this state and won When he drops his second saber it's because he's focusing on Djem So, the heavier attacks are him utilizing the form. Notice rather then an emotional angered flurry he seems almost methodical, likes hes literally hacking down a wall. Even when he locks blades with her it's apparent he's out strengthing her with ease, he slides his blade to a dominant position and pushes her down' basically showing her she's lost he just hasn't gotten there yet. Then a few seconds later he gets there and wins the fight

You can see he tried to use the two sabers to keep up with her, but when he realized it wasn’t working with his style, he dropped one on purpose and went on defense. Then he deflects her moves, waits for an opening, grabs her wrist and makes her drop a saber. Now she’s fighting on his level again, he goes on the attack, scaring her with more and more aggressive moves so she feels desperate. Finally, when she’s panicking, he fake trips, makes her overcommit to a finishing attack to get her off balance, and catches her with the force. Anakin when he’s actually in control of his anger is the most powerful he can become. You can see the actual fear on Bariss’ face when she’s ragdolling into the tree, she thought he was going to kill her here. He made her think she was winning and making him mad, but the whole time he was in total control.
If I recall correctly, in universe that's Form V (cant remember the real name), which focuses on defending and then making an opening yourself. He just waited to make that proper counterattack.

The sentinals slowly walking over in their full uniforms are so intimidating. They can be absolute menaces when they want to be, and they were playing nice in this episode.
The best thing is that Anakin didn't actually fight to kill Bariss, and in the end after a few small hiccups he still overpowered her with barely any effort.
Honestly, had the fight not spilled into the courtyard like that, it would have been a good teaching moment. "You see why these drills are important now?"
I love this fight because you can see the shift in Anakin, like he goes from just sparring because he's conflicted, but then he lets reality set in and his rage overtakes him.
