Wendy’s “dynamic pricing” is absolutely stupid. People know exactly what the price of an item should be, and they would not want to pay more than they have to. If a discount drives people to the store, a surcharge will drive them away, because psychologically, they feel like they’re being ripped off. Especially when there is another fast food restaurant just down the street.
Ever since I sold my 18-wheeler and got out of the trucking industry I haven't eaten any fast food joint ever since. And I've lost almost 80 lb. So. Wendys. You can do whatever you want to. McDonald's and all the rest of you. I'm loving my Dynamic Diet.
People are not stupid! Why would a company announce that is dynamic pricing if it was not going to increase profits? Hence raise the stock price and the easiest way to do that is to increase prices. Don’t gaslight us!
