This was so fun to make…I made a hat following this video and it looks so pretty. As a beginner loom knitter, I even made some mistakes and was able to fix them because you had explained the stitch so well that I could backtrack and figure it out. Thank you!!
I’m looking forward to trying to see if I can figure out this design the stitch is gorgeous!! I’m just super nervous about the “purl” stitch I couldn’t process really well the instructions on which loop came off and which loop stayed on. Thanks again for giving your time n attention to this video & posting it.
@@markdumond691 If the “purl” stitch isn’t clear to you on this video, i suggest watching some other videos where they break it down and show it more closely. There are lots of videos like that. It took me a while at first to understand it too! ;)
I’m kinda lost on how I know when I do a uwrap? After doing the uwrap around I don’t see a difference between the last and first peg, but knitted them twice like you did. Do I do that for the rest of the rounds?
This project doest have uwraps in it except right at cast on, so you have me confused. Can you provide the time where you are confused in the video so i can figure out what you are asking?
@@DeborahShawyou call them wraps maybe, I thought ewraps were wrapped around the peg from the back. I’m new so I’m confused. Anyway it’s around 12:02 where you place an extra st on the first one and make a round then put extra st on last peg.
@@janetmenchyk9778 oh thats just the rows after the cast on. so its part of the cast on rows before you get to the stitch for the brim. i placed an extra sttich so it would minimize the jog you can get changing stitches so its only one the one peg where i show it but you dont have to if you dont want to, The you do a u wrap also called u stitch for a row. You can slow down the video too if it helps. i actually usually go right in to owl eye for the brim but i do the garter after cast on in the vides to make sure its good for all loom knitters.
I am always delighted to see a new post. You certainly know how to give accurate lessons and so easy to follow! I say you are a knitting treasure❤
😅like your work.❤❤
Love your hats. Just watching you knitting all those cute hats that I have knitted a few hats for myself, and I get so many comments on my hats too.
Beautiful stitch! I will save this project(packing to move🙀& put yarn in "storage"(mom's basement)1st so I am not tempted to start anything new 😉
Such a beautiful stitch. I discovered you on Loom Knit Creations and had to watch this video. Thank you.

Does your yarn change colors, or do you tie in different colors to make it look like that?
this one is like this.
Can i ask what the thickness was of the yarn? 6?
its a bulky 5 yarn
How long is it?
You need a chart. Depends on your head size.
Funny I made a hat exactly like this before you even posted it
yep i release the stitch videos before the projects so people dont have to wait.
