The Yong Tau Foo at the coffeeshop opposite the market (near the carpark entrance) is really good too! And also Creamier ice cream across the road where the newer HDB flats are is a must try!

1. 天天来，你是幸运和青山都是排队很久的。
2.青山， 就是要吃辣的。我有时熬夜，或者早起会下楼叫内用。
3. 其实你们拍的桌子那里的云吞面也很好吃。
4. Uggli, 其实老板以前是做煮炒的。但是后来专做Muffin。听说他的妈妈要求不能换招牌，所以就沿用至今。
5. 擂茶，我还是比较喜欢直接把茶汤倒进饭里一起吃。
6. 潮州包子，虽然有点小贵但是还是很好吃的。糯米鸡，饭菜，烧卖，叉烧包，扣肉包。
7. 油炸鬼，有卖比较特别的香蕉包和糯米包。
楼下的咖啡店也蛮多新奇的东西吃。值得再来拍片。

You should also try the mini pau at the end of the other corner. Their Kong Ba Pau is very nice and less fatty. And the morning bee hoon and nasi lemak next to the muffin stall is very economical and nice too.

我家Toa payoh lor 8 Food centre 也是很好吃。
For Leicha U shld pour all the green soup into the rice and eat like porridge or 泡饭

The chey sua carrot cake, the frying aunt is very black face. For Hong Kong style carrot cake, can try kovan 一点心。 fried till crispy in outside and very soft inside... i tried a few places, i think一点心is better. Outside fried till golden brown. Very crispy. Inside soft.
It doesn't cost much to put a digital signage to inform customer the waiting time. The customers can decide if they want to wait or not.
Daily come hokkien mee is good. The carrot cake is good. The soy bean is good and fresh.
For Hokkien mee I also placed Swee Guan as my no. 1. You should also try Simon road Hokkien mee - they recently moved to Kovan food Centre

去楼下找合众酿豆腐。超好吃。
有机会去Pek Kio Hawker & Food 白桥熟食中心吃看看 ， 很多美食，那里的菜头粿，猪肠粉，云吞面和咖啡特香特好吃！

以前还有卖古早味白糯米，甜又香。 现在都找不到了

“青山”吃过一回，不会再吃，因为不觉得很特别。也不想受气😅
豆花水- 斜对面那摊的豆花水比较传统，视频介绍的这档味道怪怪的😂
好實在的評論呀！hahaha
雷茶那间真正好吃的是他们家的酿豆腐，特别是茄子的。很可惜你没试到。

青山菜头粿非常脆好吃，我认它新加坡Number 1.
Recently I tried that carrot cake stall. It's totally not at all crispy. I don't know what's the hype about that stall really. Glad that you came to the same conclusion that it's not worth waiting for.

Honestly speaking; the carrot cake’s standards have dropped! It is getting more oily now as compared to the early days. I have lived in Toa Payoh for many many years and I know. Their attitude is turning bad too. Rather arrogant now.
A lot price incerease , fake low quality food, reduced size portion in singapore everywhere ...
They probably made enough and just doing it to past time. So n can afford to be arrogant

其實新加坡的食物除了一些比較出名的，其他平均水準其實不太好吃
還是有些hidden gem啦
新加坡很慘，到處很多起價，用雜料假料替代，份量變小很多。每天出門，看價錢跳50%，付了錢，收到食物，突然感覺拿到羽毛那麼輕。又麵食來了，定睛一看，雲吞小了一半，肉片小了一半。又炒過條來了，找不到獅酣，最後找到2粒baby迷你獅酣。政府沒興趣幫人民，幾百萬薪水新幣。在新加坡沒人敢講。
