Aren’t you supposed to paint a copper, gold or silver base when doing candy colors?? 🤔or am I wrong???

Not necessarily! You can spray Kandy over anything! Going over the same color adds an awesome richness! Using a Silver Base, Silver Flake combo however, gives you tons of options for color when applying Kandy afterwards!

i was just curious if you used the rattle bomb black base, and rattle bomb black flake, but a red or blue top, would it be dark? i want a color ontop but i don't want it be insanely flashy i want it to be understated, like it looks darkish, but when you get up close you can see colour and flake... i just see alot of you use like a silver base and flake and red ontop the red is BRIGHT, i want the red to be a dark red? thanks for any info!!!
