I did the milling course and met Carl, really nice guy and knows so much, I got a new perspective on milling you will learn a lot from the course, I wish i had another week with him hopefully i can do it again next year, learnt so many tips and things to look out for, well worth the money just for the experiance.

I have ever visited to Mauri Anz flourmill in Sydney Australia for some Buhler machines service such as : Flow Balancers, dump scale, Gravity screw and colour sorter (Sortex Z+2VL). The exiting thing is in Mauri they still use the old Buhler machine such as dump scale which is using MWEE controller and mechanical flow balancer (MZAC) which is still using spring and air regulating system..
