I lost 45k in MakeMyTrip I have booked a manali trip for 2 people with flights includes. Flight was cancelled by indigo because bad weather. I asked MMT for the refund, they said only flight refund they will give. The total refund from indigo for 2 flight is 30k. MMT has given only 15k. They blocked the number from customer care and they closed the case.

I Just used this feature for delhi to Amritsar in tata jat exp, i paid 373 extra on 845inr 3A ticket just before 2 days from journey and it just confirmed now after 17 hours of booking, Glad tickets were confirmed, i was suspicious too that such scam could happen thankfully it didn't happen and my 4 tickets got confirmed even it has 70 Waiting list. I'm curious this could happen with me if my tickets got cancelled too.
That is what I was thinking how could they confirm our tickets if the tickets are on waiting list..there is no any way to do such things and they are promising will give 3x amount if not confirmed... totally scam like things..please,don't get into such things.. thanks for the video bhai
I think they analyze from which waitlist number the tickets will be confirmed and tickets may be partially confirmed upto those waitlist only they provide this option and the biggest joke is if ticket is partially confirmed they give any refund that means if one person from 6 tickets got confirmation or RAC then also no 3x refund, this is great strategy to fool us

My family has also been CHEATED by Make My Trip. This company did NOT refund my money even though I had purchased INSURANCE to get FULL REFUND in case of cancellation. I cannot understand why this company has not been SUED and SHUTDOWN.
I will never suggest anyone to take ticket from MMT and from today I will try to suggest or convince my near and dear to not use MMT for any kind of booking.MMT service is totally manipulating their customers and making money.For any small mistake they make it as a chance to make money from the customer and they will not provide service,just make business and nothing else!

First of all jab aap info dekhoge mmt trip guarantee ka to flight or train asa kuch mentioned ni h and secondly I did tried this voucher with train as well but it didn't work. So I will suggest you don't try this otherwise after the cancellation you will lose your money better go for some other sites or in fact I would suggest going for irctc or sites like that for the train booking .
Exactly same issue @satyajeetsingh286. They have mentioned that the voucher can be used in travel (air, road, train) hotel booking etc. However while using the code this error is coming persistently. The main issue is that helpdesk is not responding at all.
