OMG how disappointing, I was planning a trip to Sydney later this year in Qantas First. I think I'll go on Delta or United instead.

Thank you for the great coverage. I am not really sure if Qantas doesn't have the tail or outside view camera.
Did you see the coffee? No Blue Mountain or Hawaii coffee or something to feel really great?!

Thanks for the upload. From your comments and what I see here I don’t think the experience is any better and in some cases not as good as my recent Air France business class flight. There’s probably a bit more space but that seems the only advantage and certainly not worth the extra cost of First class.

exactly, this felt rather like an OK business class flight, I would never pay cash for it

Was there a privacy partition to the aisle?

Unfortunately no. The whole seat didn't feel very private. I was at 1A, while I didn't see anyone, my whole seat including the table and the screen were visible to people behind.

IS this not the LA to SYD Flight? Taking off at Night??

As a qantas member, I felt the first class seat doesn’t look as impressive as Singapore airline or emirates. I think the design, materials and bathroom lack of luxurious feeling and touch. I’m not sure if simplicity is what qantas is aiming for but even the lounges lack of wow factor.

It's an old interior slightly refreshed in F at this point. Much bigger improvement with the new business seats.

No voice or subtitles in the review. Video very shaky at times. Very strange review.

Hmmmmm it certainly doesn’t look bad, but it doesn’t seem that impressive either

Great review, although the motion make me a little bit headache. Try to make a smooth movement, then it would be a nice review

I agree this is a sub-standard first class product.

Qantas was once a real force for good on the Australian corporate landscape. In just a few short years they have completely trashed their reputation in Australia and now have First and Business Class products that are woeful in comparison to other airlines that are their near competitors on similar routes. Contrast their First and Business with Singapore and Emirates for example. Qantas are far behind the rest and they are generally more expensive too. C'mon Qantas...lift your game and lower your prices.

Definately nothing impressive for international F. But QF has never been known to be impressive.
