Hi LH, the roofing material you're referring to is actually asbestos roofing. Please do your own research before purchasing it. That is not slate roofing. Slate is tile, and it is more expensive than aluminum, i believe. You should consider using insulation if you use aluminum sheets. That will definitely help with the heat.

@@bhat_ysrael Hi, from what I understand you would have to purchase 2 plots front and back at a time based on how the roads are being cut and the plots are 80×80 and the price I know of was $1050 USD per plot base on the dollar fluctuation which includes clearing, indenture, survey and cadastral. You can do the same with yellow corn.
