While watching you unpack that stack, I was thinking, did she order enough hydrangeas for everyone in Booneville? I think one of those plant augers would make quick work of that mega order. I hope you have one.
OMG , Your farm is going to be so unbelievably beautiful . What is their price for you limelite? You need to hire some help soon. I can’t wait for you to make a million !
Ok. Here's what... I REALLY want you to plant these things in a giant circle!! Like a giant circle of hydrangeas. And A giant circle of of Lilacs! ESPECIALLY the Lilacs - bcuz sitting inside a giant circle of Lilacs SHOULD BE on your bucket list!! (If it's not already!) Yes, I know they will be harvested, but there WILL BE at least ONE DAY where you could just sit in that circle of blooms, breathing in that magical perfume... aaaaahhhhh, I'm imagining it right now... can you hear the angels singing? I can... (BTW- I know you're NOT going to plant anything a circle, and there's all those production reasons, blah, blah, blah... please don't tell me about that today! I'm going to spend this time today in my own little bubble where the Giant Lilac Circles grow, where the angels sing, where the birds land on my finger to join in angel song, and the energy of that space is perfection... 🎶😇🎶🎶 🐦🎵🎶
So excited for you for your PW Haul. I have the boomerang lilac. I have the smoke tree, and I have the Mr and Mrs Berry poppins, as well as the limelight hydrangea. They perform beautifully you’ll love them.
Oh my goodness. Love all of the new plants. My husband would freak out if I got all those plants for my little yard. Yet I would do it in a heart beat.. He would get over it. LOL
I planted that size of limelight last year. While some like the impact from a more mature plant up front I like watching things like this grow. I gave them a nice feed of rosetone this spring and they are doing great.
The Limelight Hydrangeas are amazing! I try to plant those as much as possible in my Garden designs. I also use the "Little Lime" Hydrangea which is smaller but with a similar flower.
So jealous!! 😍😍😍 Sounds like your in a great climate for leafy greens. Have you thought about selling bags of cut greens through winter? People pay crazy money for bags of organic homegrown greens in my area.
My back aches just thinking about getting all of your beautiful plants in the ground. Do you have issues with something eating the hydrangeas? I planted an oakleaf hydrangea a few weeks ago and something chewed most of the leaves off, I'm not sure what but I have lots of rabbits and squirrels around lately. Once in a while a deer but I haven't seen in a long time. There is a family of crane (dad, mom and 2 babies) recently but I'm not sure if they eat plants. I just bought a limelight hydrangea and am thinking about putting a fencing around it so that doesn't get chewed up also. Love watching your videos, have learned so much from you. 💚💚 💚
Sorry, I probably missed it, because my jaw was on the floor!!! Whoa Nelly!!! That's a shipment of my dreams!!! ;) Those Lime light Hydrangeas, are those the oakleaf variation??? I really, really, really want to get a few, they are just soooo beautiful!!!
If I didn't live clear across the country I would volunteer to come and help you plant. I would probably freeze in your climate because it is 100 here today and I like it warm!
I’m with you! I’d volunteer my time off from work to be in nature and plant. Yet I can’t muster the energy to transplant my green zebra tomatoes into my own garden beds. lol 😆
I am sooooo jealous bit also sooooo happy for you! 👏👏👏 I have been wanting to get my hands on some ProudBerry & some of the other ones that produce berries ever since seeing them on one of Laura's videos.
Besides the iiex, have you ever thought of planting some hollies, maybe variegated, and various evergreens that would make nice holiday decorations? I have bought them at my grocery store in the past.
How exciting... I garden in southern new brunswick Canada.zone 5. We are right in the middle of woodland and have DEER everywhere!!! However all the veggie gardens are ringed with electric fence and there is almost 0 damage from deer. Something you should look at 🙂
So excited for you ! Your property will be so beautiful in a few years !!! You could rent it for photoshoots :-) oh and I understood "Blue meringue " instead of "bloomerang". That's what happen when you are a French pastry chef !
Yes save the chicken!! Love seeing all the plants! I'll be there on day once I know for sure where I want everything permanently. Still figuring it out.
I'd be so overwhelmed if I were you--You are such an inspiration! It's all going to be worth your time and effort to get those beauties in the ground. Love following your journey! I just planted a Smokebush myself, though just one. 😅
As a former hairdresser and current gardener, little bit dissapointed we don't get to see the haircut at the end. Now I have to go look up what a wolf cut is.
So excited for you! While watching the unboxing just kept thinking about the toned muscle of your calves . Just another benefit of gardening. Who needs to pay for gym membership when you can create beautiful things and getting in shape at the same time.
Hey, at least your plants were delivered right side up. When FedEx left our 9 boxes the plants were either on their sides or upside down, I thought the term "This side up" was obvious what that meant... That driver was useless. Man, what a load you received... Enjoy the planting.
Thank you for continuing your videos despite having the longest list of to do jobs 🙏🏻🤩 Lovely to watch your farm expand and grow and become even more diverse in your products :) Such an inspiration 🙏🏻
Perhaps I've already mentioned this, check our the aucubaefolia lilac. The foliage is variegated. So pretty! Because as much as I love lilacs, after they finish blooming they're kind of boring. Not so with this variety.
We have used the woven fabric, 4’ wide in a bed maker, we call it a mulch layer. Think it’s the same thing. It’s a pain to plant through but so much moisture and weeding saved, it’s the way to go. We laid orchard tubing under it for irrigation.
Just found your channel and am catching up on old videos, so not sure if this is still pertinent... Try using landscape staples for your woven fabric - holds it down forever. Also these things are crops, like field corn is a crop. No underplanting, keep it simple.
I was just wondering if you are planting all those trees around your cut flower garden to also act.as a wind barrier? I think u said u get alot of wind because u are on a hill? Maybe having those shrubs blocking your windy side would help?
WoW! You are really filling up the farm. It'll be amazing in a few years. Why hv you ordered only the limelight hydrangeas? Why not the blue and pink ones too?
Good question! The blue is a condition of the soil, I won't be treating the soil to turn any blue. The ruby ones I had on order but there was a crop failure. Limelight does turn to pink in late summer/fall!
Which? Proven Winners owns the patents to their plants which means propagation is technically illegal. I had to pay royalty/patent fees to even purchase the plant! www.provenwinners.com/professionals/breeders/plants_patents
@@FlowerHillFarmthe limelight, yeah it’s technically illegal but I didn’t sell them it’s just for my front yard as a hedge. I just stick them to the ground when I trim the branches that I don’t want.hopefully I won’t get in trouble!😟
I got a proud berry coral berry and I heart once planted they grow super fast and big in the first season. Mines been sitting here a month I really need to plant it. I would be in trouble if I had as many as you! I’d never get them planted lol.
Im so jelly i cant wait to get as far as you im so happy for u and Keep up the great work u have got me goin on my business on flowers and this is my first yr and love watching u i live in Indiana and i got a question i have almost 5 acers and i have a hill slope and i really want to plant there if i sent u a picture could u tell me the cheapest way i could go i have tiller tractor and everything i need because i already had a veggy farm but im goin almost all flowers this yr and its made me so much happier and gave me so much motivation and omg we just had bad wind storm also and i wish i could order from them and how can i?? Sorry for the big message there so much i want to talk to u about
I guess by the time these plants will be pumping them out, you'll be selling to a wholesaler and the flowers will find themselves in New York city. Or somewhere like that.
Have to admit., I felt some jealousy watching this video. 😂 hard not to! Frig you have a whole hydrangeas and berries nursery there in front of you! Ya., I am jelly. 😋💐💐💐🌱💐💐💐👏🏻 Where do I send my mailing address? I want a bag of clippings of those limelights 🤗 💞💞💞
I'm curious to see how the hydrangeas grow😁 I'm a baby hydrangea murderer 😩😭 Been trying for years with these plants, but just can't figure it out. To much water, to little?? 🤔
I seriously cannot wait until your vision comes together for these beauties. I'll be waiting Nicole, even if it takes years, I'm here for it!

What a stunning collection. I love the texture they are going to give you and so many beautiful berries💗☀️🤩
My coralberry is on the way for me! They are so pretty! And smoke bushes! So exciting!
Such an exciting delivery! Looking forward to all those beautiful blooms a few years down the line!

It’s like a shag / mullet combined , lol.....I work at a HS, lol ....summer trend. I love the shag, lol😍
Googling wolf cut now - less than a minute into video. 👍🏼
You need an orchard to plant your daffodils under Floret/Monty Don style ;)

We used a bed shaper to lay our woven fabric, no problems!
This is exciting and full.of hope. Good luck and please make videos to show your progress.

I'm using the Dewitt woven fabric in the vegetable garden and I LOVE it! Yes, it's a lot of work. Thankfully I don't have to deal with rocks.

idky but "GRAB THE CHICKEN! GRAB THE CHICKEN" made me giggle a bit
That was soo amazing !!! 🌿🌿🌻🌻💐💐
Maybe you should save the the cardboard boxes (cartons) for storing your Dahlia tubers in the winter, :) just a suggestion.
Great idea!
Perhaps you should use some starter fertilizer for these shrubs, just to make sure they can root in well, and all of them will make it

I so look forward to your videos.
Your hydrangeas will grow faster than you think, as well as your serviceberry.
I sure hope so.
I now have five hydrangeas I planted last year and this season to screen the neighbors.

Nicole, could you just use a double layer of the Bio 360 instead of the DeWitt ? I’m very excited for you.
Thanks! I’m not sure how I would lay a double layer without it turning into a mess. Maybe!
