Sir Cliff did a song from his musical Heathcliff called 'The Nightmare (A Time For Absolution) A great song with lyrics by Tim Rice of musicals fame and music by John Farrar who wrote the hit songs from Grease. Please react to EVERY song from HeathCliff! Thank you sir.
@@paulhuggett7503 EVERY song?? Probably not gonna happen, but I love your enthusiasm! Maybe he'll check out the live version of "Had to Be" with Olivia from The Royal Variety Performance in 1995.
He started in 1958 at 17 1/2 years old. Anything he does is great! The Movie a60’s classic. You can hear Hank Marvin’s twangy guitar in this tune as well. ( from his back up band the Shadows)…They had their own hits too by themself. He did another few movies too…Devil Woman, The Night, Rock and Roll Juvenile, Dreamin, Wired for Sound, Move it, Do you Want to Dance, Willi and the Hand Jive, ….anything he did was great! He just finished some concerts early 5his year or lat3 last year in Britain and he is 83, will be 84 in October 14th. He had several long running TV variety shows in Britain, several stag3 plays, 6 or so movies, countless TV specials…famous all over Europe, far east, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa…a true entertainment legend! Love his voice. His live concerts are great!
I loved his song " wired for sound" Such a good human too. I read 📚 his autobiography and he followed his christian values staunchly. His father was one of his greatest supporters ❤
In 1962, I was a 12 year old girl, living in Scotland because the US Navy stationed my dad there. I had a full sized poster of Cliff on my bedroom door. However, The Beatles soon stole my heart away. I do still have 2 of his record albums and when he toured that States in the late 1980's, he was my young son's first concert.
This is another song that was rerecorded, and only slightly reworded, and used as the theme song for a UK sitcom called "The Young Ones" in the early 80s.
Isn't this reaction from a few years ago? Did it finally just get unblocked? -- Knowing how much you love Olivia Newton-John, I'm surprised you haven't reacted to their beautiful duet "Suddenly."
More Cliff Richard?
Yes, please!
