I personally loved the feeling and atmosphere of this map. I feel if they had marketed the map better it could have possibly changed how the black ops 4 dlc season performed in a positive way.
Unfortunately no matter what they did, or were planning to do, they were pulled in to fix Sledgehammer’s incompetence and were forced to make Cod 2020. Thus black Ops 4 support was cut short and they couldn’t even finish their own game. It’s no wonder the franchise felt derailed since Black Ops 4. Although I blame Sledgehammer entirely
The Chaos storyline deserves another shot I feel. Try making it into a trilogy of movies, with the right actors, writers, directors and what not it would actually be a very good adventure story
Looking back on this... I gotta say, I think this is one of the worst intro cutscenes out of all the maps that have them. Like... there’s just no proper character introductions or anything really building on the story outside of the moment with Alistair and brief second of Geoffrey writing those symbols on the floor. It’s like, “Oh hey, we’re people at a fancy party. Oh no, zombies, kill them” end.

The next time if you’re planning on another DLC (for example DLC2), please make marketing better like releasing a 2-3 minute trailer of a zombies map probably 2 weeks before release.

I thought this cutscene was unfinished, I’m very upset that this is the finished product. I think the map is great and I know there were troubles due to the accidental release and marketing didn’t go as planned, but the fact that there has still not been a trailer is not good. I love the zombies game mode and appreciate the hard work that is put into it. I think Treyarch is definitely the best group for zombies. However, this is still ridiculous and I hope y’all have a good comeback for the next DLC.
I think the characters of death of the night are underrated. For one you have the army general with all of his metals basically giving away his backstory, you have the wild west gunslinger, a Tarot card reader, and the butler. All of them are fighting fucking werewolves and vampires in a resident evil eight ask fucking mention this map should’ve been awesome if only they implemented the game played better
Treyarch I have enjoyed playing COD BO4. Zombies. As a casual player ( not as skilled as many commenting on this video) Custom Mutations are lifeline for those not as skilled as others. I look forward to additional tools, such as guided options to play the end boss, or immediate use of wonder weapons with their easter egg upgrades.

Actually Like this Cutscene, it reminds me of a Silent film and I think that’s what they were going for because the map has old horror Icons like Werewolves and Vampires, And since it went for a silent film thing, we know the personalities of our characters without dialogue and once they all meet up, and the Zombie outbreak unleashed they start talking and before that happens we know how they’ll act with ZERO dialogue Brigadier: A Retired War veteran who still Enjoys battle and Shows off his past victories Gunslinger: an outcast who has a past in the West and Stands our from the crowd of rich people Physic: We can tell she gets her money From doing Phony tricks, and that she is trying to be comfortable in the Mansion Of Allistar Rhodes but knows that Theres something off. Godfrey: A Normal Butler, That obeyed his master until the Order from IX/VoD controls him and forces him to turn on a person he trusts, Alisstar Rhodes But one thing I don’t like about dead of the nights Cutscene is the First 40 percent of The Outro, The other 60 percent of the outro That follows Scarlett is great tho
Marlex 4 BO3 zombies was just way to easy and BO2 zombies was very challenging but also extremely fun. I feel BO4 is a mix of both. Besides they can't just remake the zombies every year, they have to make small changes here and there to keep the interest up

Didn’t buy the black ops pass and won’t we were told there wouldn’t be paid dlc so as not to divide the community and then they announce the black ops pass I’ve paid for all the dlc in the past but it sucks that you still play the same maps because other people didn’t buy them, not just that but if you want to go back and play the complete version of black ops 1 you have to dish out $50 dollars for the dlc on a game that’s how many years old? After a cod reaches 5 years all dlc should be free it boosts your sales of old games and incentivizes people to buy a game for multiple platforms

Bo4 may be one of the biggest slaps in the face to the zombies community. I don't know how they could be more apathetic towards us. They don't give us consistent updates (like they promised) and they dont even bother marketing the maps anymore. I wasn't even that hyped to play it. In fact, ive played it once, made it to around round 20, and honestly I don't even feel like doing it again. Thats not even considering the experience as a whole has been completely neutered for the sake of "innovation" and honestly it kind of feels like a shell of itself. Zombies was the main reason I buy treyarch's call of duty titles. I'm definitely going to be a little more apprehensive when the next one comes out. Also, jason, fuck off with the cryptic nonsense. It's only charming when I don't feel like I've been shit on and ignored. And you refuse to even address any of the issues or design choices other than the blue screens.
When can we return to map designs like these? Seems inspired...unlike the garbage on Cold War. I still play BO4 to this day! It's much more fun. Either give us good maps like this or release the stand alone AAA zombies title and be done. Of course, update that AAA title, but no more after that and make sure the gameplay and style is preference oriented.

Yeah Treyarch can we get a Specialist with a exo suit and there equipment is enhanced strength that sends enemys fly up with a punch and flying backward with a kick depends weather your runing or not and the Specialist weapon is a gaint one shot 50 Cal sniper rifle with smart bullets. You choice if it makes them expode or flying back and sticking to a wall.
