2:00 Fusilier dragon was also used in Duel Links along with Transmodify to summon Desperado Barrel Dragon directly from the deck. Was used a lot by f2p players that only had 1 Desperado.
Beast King Barbaros is one my my favorite monsters just because of my memories using it in some of the ds games. Along with Krebons and Solar Flare Dragon, they're some really reliable cards when clearing the story(Especially when used with a zombie/pyro deck if you'd believe it).
What was nice about Fusilier Dragon was that if u used Metamorphosis, which was still legal when it came out, you could go into Last Warrior from Another Planet for control or Gatling Dragon if your opponent had a bunch of Sheep Tokens on the field, since it's a LV 7 Monster Card.
Galaxy Knight is also a great one. Free level 8 on the battlefield after getting a galaxy/photon monster on the field (which means it's either dead in your hand or you already have 2 or 3 level 4s on the field because Galaxy/Photon is a weird group of monsters), and if you summon it after throwing GEPD to the graveyard for something like trade-in, that means an instant level 8 XYZ. It's somewhat situational, but it's great at what it does.

Beast King Barbaros appeared a lot among my friends and in my locals. it was super good, and i ended up even using it eventually as part of a beast deck that did fairly well in the locals.
So recently, I did a "take random cards out of the bulk and make a deck" tag duel with some guys. I actually summoned Barbaros with 3 tributes and it was amazing. Later in the same duel I tributed three guys including Barbaros for Plasma, and won us the game. That was fun.
I used to love King Barbaros, but personally i prefer Night Express Knight due to being a machine type. But both work really well with the Axe of Fools Equip. Getting a 4k beater on a 2 card combo is always good.
They're memed for how awful they're They literally have cards that said draw 7 or take control a monster permanently on summon when you control a synchro ursarctic yet still bad The idea of reverse synchro or tribute summon by using hand or field on either player turn are fine by their own but together make it really bad
@@13thKingMu Man, I can only imagine Ursarctic getting new support that special summons its main deck monsters from the GY with only upsides, and it's still not good enough.

im a bit surprised how few people play barbaros in those 8-axis strategies. like sure some of them play denko or luna for their normal summons but playing barbaros can also be worthwhile to get the rank 8 spam going
Also if you run Precious Cards from the Sky, you can chain block barbaros’ destruction effect with the draw 2 to prevent his activation from being chained to, (like stardust dragon or Solemn Warning), or the other way if you want the draw 2 not to be Ash Blossom’d :)
Knight Express Knight. When combined with Heavy freight train derricane unlocks the entire Gustav max xyz and its rank up monster. And detaching derricane to activate the effect gives you a free pop of any card your opponent controls while dealing 2k damage.
I sometimes play a gimmicky "Dark Tribute" deck (basically just the Lair Of Darkness support that came with the Egyptian God Structure Decks, splashed with Psychic Ace, Scapeghost, Destiny Hero Plasma, Share The Pain, etc.) Beast King is put in at three copies alongside its retrain King Beast, since King Beast can tribute my opponent's high-level monsters for a free summon (if I have Lair Of Darkness), and then I can banish a Beast King from my GY to pop additional cards. Not to mention having a field-wipe option using my spare Scapeghost/Torment Tokens (or a 1900 normal summon without them) is a nice bonus too.
I’m curious how many cards there are with the Three Tribute Effect to affect your Opponent’s board. I know Gilford the Lightning destroys Monsters, Moisture Creature destroys Spells and Traps, and there’s Beast King Barbaros that destroys both. Are there any other Monsters with similar effects like this?
Early enough that the video title reads "Top 10 High Level Monsters That Can Be Normal Summoned With Tributing in Yugioh" When it's meant to say "Without Trubiting."
Heavy Freight Train Derricrane is amazing. It’s perfect for a lot of Earth Machine strats but most importantly it can help with wiping an opponent’s board allowing for an OTK
One monster that wasn’t on this list was Wicked Acolyte Chalim Sabak, who can be normal summoned without tributing if you have 5 or more cards in your hand, which basically provides a free 2500 beatstick on the field if it’s in your opening hand. It also has a revival effect, that effect being that if Chalim is destroyed by battle and sent to the graveyard, then you can special summon him in face-up defense. This effect also makes him a Tuner monster, for the purpose of easy high-level Synchro or XYZ plays. Overall a very good card :]
I very much enjoy these videos (this one included), and I’m saying this purely because I’d be amused by the idea, but I think at some point Duel Logs’ video titles will have the same progression as anime titles. i can see that blackwing sirocco the dawn can be on here for historical play but i believe blackwing simoon the poison winds should take the place instead since with the same set up simoon gets you a monster on board without taking up your normal summon.
I believe it's because Sirocco saw a lot of plays when Blackwing was a meta/competitive pick once upon a time. Meanwhile Simoon was released after Blackwing fell off the competitive scenes.
