I'm excited to give the Baby Advantage jig a try this coming year! I usually pour my own jigs from Do-its Poisontail Jig mold but haven't found a hook I like yet for the 1/4oz. I agree with you in anything Rapala works, got my far share of DT's but have yet to try the OG Slims.
Thanks for the heads up. Just out of curiosity could it possibly be a rod, reel, line setup issue that causes them to bend out? Although I suppose everything eventually will give under the right circumstances especially when it comes to light wire hooks and big fish.
Fortunately for my wallet I didn't have many break offs or bite offs from pike when it came to my supply of hardbaits this past year. Maybe by the next holiday sale I'll have some more hardbaits in the mix.

The hooks on the strike king Finesse jigs are guaranteed to straighten out if you have a catches a big fish on it.
