I can't post a link but the seller is "in-2-motorbikes" and the item is "Universal Motorcycle Side Kick Stand HEAVY DUTY". It's in the UK but I think he posts worldwide.

    What are these roads you are riding on? Do you live in a third world country? That said, the roads do make you bike look even better. Nice build.

    • @thegreyladm8547
      @thegreyladm8547 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      e10byagrue there’s nothing wrong with those roads. Not every road in America (if he is in America) is perfect not very neighborhood has nice roads. Come to Atlanta roads look ten times worse than those

  • @ironcast
    @ironcast 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    It does sound very nice. However, from 52 years of riding experience I find that a loud , geared low motorcycle becomes very annoying over time and distance and thus why my 1982 Honda GL500 wears its stock exhaust pipes. On the other hand a moderately loud Sportster can sound quite nice with its much higher gearing. The GL at 60 mph is 5800rpm , the Sportster at 60 is 2500rpm. But then, maybe the people who build these cafe bikes never ride on longer rides.

    • @TheInja
      @TheInja  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yep, mostly a city cruiser

    • @trevorjameson3213
      @trevorjameson3213 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have a '79 CX500, which is apparently geared lower than your GL500, because my CX is turning 6000 at 60mph. I also have an '01 Sportster 883 and it's turning exactly half that rpm, 3000 at 60mph. The sportster is a crude, rough ride, with a lot of low frequency vibration, and all the controls require a heavy touch, much like an old tractor or some sort of farm equipment. The Honda CX is the opposite, very comfortable and extremely smooth with almost no vibration and very light, easy controls.

    • @ironcast
      @ironcast 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@trevorjameson3213 sorry for my mistake. You are more correct than I was. I changed my post as the GL is probably revving around 5800 at 60. And yup, my 2003 883 Sportster revs 3000 at 60. I had a 1978 CX500 in the past. It is one of my most favorite bikes that I have owned in all of my years of riding. It was the twin rear shocks chassis. It was one of the best handling bikes I have ever owned.
