Gail has stated repeatedly she will NOT go back to wwe. If she wast there gor Evolution or the Mae Young classics then she wont likely go back for anything else.
I don't blame her, the 2nd time round WWE treated her like she wasn't even there. They spent all their time on LayCool who Kim could out wrestle any day.
@@conniecarroll7222 lol won the belt her first night. And she said heads ago on the Taz show "I'm grateful for everything I've ever gotten, I can't be unhappy." Lololol she's changed since then apparently
For me it was weird that they included Taz. No offense to him, I realize he couldn't wrestle anymore at that point. But the fact that he couldn't wrestle was what made it weird. If Taz had been an announcer that could still deck anyone who got close, fine. But when it came down to it, all he could do was talk a good game. If he had just been a heel announcer who liked Aces and 8s, fine. But the second he became one of them, it began to go downhill for me. Any of the masked men could have been a spokesperson, they didn't actually need Taz for anything. So that he kept bragging he was teflon got super annoying super fast. Not in the good way, though.
Usually I agree on most things with my man Bruce, but with the whole James Storm/Bobby Roode angle/program TNA dropped the ball big time! At that point my wife and I were having TNA parties & got the PPVs every month and watched the show every week. Along with our friends we all wanted Storm to come back and have a big program with Roode for the title. Roode and Storm were by far the most over guys maybe other than Hardy & Anderson at the time. (In TNA) But the inconsistencies crushed that program along with so many other good angles. That was always TNAs main problem for years. They would have something good going then it would just disappear and TNA would act like it never happened. Yes Roode and Storm had a good feud but it should’ve been for the title. TNA did a lot of awesome stuff but they never stuck with it. I think that is most likely Dixie’s & the executives fault. They just never stuck with anything for long enough. Hell Aces & 8s was awesome at first than it got all mucked up and eventually fizzled out. The ppl DID BUY INTO STORM BEING THE FACE THAT RUNS THE PLACE but TNA didn’t. Anyway this really is the best podcast! Love Bruce & Conrad!!
worst was they built him up for a year and was on his way to win the bound for glory series and then Hogan/bischoff changed the ending and gave it to jeff hardy. dumb dumb move....
I think Bruce dealing with top stars who were difficult in WWF helped him with these guys. He expected a back and forth and welcomed it while the TNA brass just expected their ideas to be accepted with no push back.
Definitely disagree with his opinion on Jay Lethal & James Storm. Lethal is probably one of the best in the world all around & Storm can play any role & knows how to get over with any audience. In 2018 he can make a cowboy gimmick work that shows his true talent.
James Storm is a great wrestler but he didn't spend much time in NXT. Not sure why. Can believe What he said about Jay Lethal. Pritchard thought Bobby Roode was better than Storm ? Jeez no wonder Storm letter if he was treated that way, he was the better of the two.
WWE being against 'southern' wrestlers is one of the biggest loads of crap I've ever heard. Vince has historically had a big thing for Texans. Do the research
How can he say jay lethal didn't do anything. Y'all are the writers, he had to get himself over with the impressions. When he went to ROH thats when he really showed his potential as a superstar.
But it’s by no fault of his own, Bobby could have been much bigger than he ended up being if Triple H had total control of the booking. I just don’t think Vince ever saw it in Roode which is a shame
I hate how Bruce Pritchard people act like he ever booked well, he almost put WWE out of business from him Pat and Vince booking until Russo and Ferrara came in
IN case your wondering why WWE is hitting all time lows in the ratings, Bruce P just said he didnt see it from AJ, and never would have thought this run in the WWE would have happened. thats fair except every wrestling fan that saw him thought that he was great and deserved a shot at the big time. SMH
Ken was onto something great in WWE. He was misused in TNA and never reached his full potential. But I'd say he wasn't boring. He did have some things going for him but he changed companies and TNA couldn't capitalize on him.
“The what champion” I love it Bruce lol
I don't even follow wrestling that much and I find this stuff fascinating. Management and staff relations is the same no matter what business.
I had to laugh at Conrad Thompson when he said "You're a dick, today." around the 5:12 mark...
"Well you spent so much time being brainwashed by Vince"
BP: *Big sigh*
Hah.
Gail King and Kong had the best rivalry in women's wrestling and one of the best in wrestling in general.
In America yes

The what champion? Bruce is a funny dude.
Don't agree with a lot of this, but he is spot on about Low Ki.
James Storm was one of the best in the history of TNA in my opinion. I think he could have done a lot in WWE.
Aces and 8's was a great idea, just executed poorly after a short period
No. Sons of Anarchy being a popular TV show is not a gimmick.
U mean the biker nwo with all the wwe guys in the club and aj styles was sting?!?!?! Yea very original angle u had there SMH
Idk man, it felt too NWO. I felt that the faction thing was over done and was an outdated idea by Bischoff and Hogan. I cldnt get into it.

I liked it. Especially when they were masked and you didn't know exactly who they were.

Same here ,jay is the man the only reason why he's not in the wwe is because he would be top 3 he could talk and put on a great match
Last Drop Falls either could Roman reigns and fin balor yet they're both pushes down our throats
9:41 well that aged well
Prichard is just jealous at Jay Lethal for doing a better Macho Man than him.
Plovy oh please! Prichard isn’t petty! Maybe you are but he isn’t.
@@pinnacleproductions6275 Relax. It's a joke.
Mike Jason Baeza Nnooooo sir! You “CROSSED THE LINE”
Gail kim left by eliminating herself from a battle royal
I thought dvon was a good tv champ in tna
Agreed. He was often the best thing on the show with those weekly defenses.
Man, this guy interrupts Pritchard too often. I like him. But he just needs to interject properly. I disagree about Jay Lethal. Storm was okay.

If the southern weren't over then it was a hard fight for em
If if was a fifth we'd all be drunk- Tyrus ( Brotus Clay)
"I don't remember how she(Gail Kim) left. Did she leave on not-so-great terms?"
Me thinking: "She left under the bottom rope."
He was wrong about Bobby
How can he say jay lethal didn't do anything. Y'all are the writers, he had to get himself over with the impressions. When he went to ROH thats when he really showed his potential as a superstar.
A superstar 😂
He went where?
So how is Bruce is charge of everything and Bobby Roode does absolutely nothing
Jay Lethal was too good for tna.....one of the best in the business
Maybach Rob it’s called he made that company great.
Vince is also Southern hes a North Carolinian
I would've scheduled a program between Lethal and Styles.
Mike Jason Baeza- I would've liked to have seen a Jay Lethal/A.J. Styles feud in TNA, as well.
Too bad we never got it, however...
5 years later and he REALLLY was wrong about poor Bobby Roode.
But it’s by no fault of his own, Bobby could have been much bigger than he ended up being if Triple H had total control of the booking. I just don’t think Vince ever saw it in Roode which is a shame
I hate how Bruce Pritchard people act like he ever booked well, he almost put WWE out of business from him Pat and Vince booking until Russo and Ferrara came in
Two fans of CHRIS SABIN...
1. CHRIS SABIN
2. ALEX SHELLY (HIS TAG PARTNER)
This is the worst interview ever. He asks to do quick opinions and then drills on each question and most are not quick opinions
The whole podcast is a chore to listen to.
Gail Kim eliminated herself from a ladys' Royal Rumble match on the TV Show and quit the company
So wrong about Bobby Roode, NXT he was fine, main roster he just is in catering or helping Dolph.

Jay Lethal is a underrated wrestler
@Last Drop Falls wow, you added so much to the conversation, thank you for giving us this nugget of wisdom

god bruce has terrible opinions
who is gail kim? I have no idea who that is
My girl friend, who I fuck everyday. Google her, slap nuts!
Conrad rapid fire questioning is annoying
10,000 people lmao tna can’t draw past 4K
He didn't like j.lethal his skin was to dark
WWE wonders why their ratings are down when they have a roster full of ex TNA guys who couldn't draw ratings while in TNA
Bruce Prichard had the nerve to call Low Ki overrated. This guy must only like 20 min headlock matches.
Ken Andersen was boring - nothing. Watching him was like watching grass grow. He couldn't wrestle, couldn't talk, had 0 charisma.
@Last Drop Falls Good grief no.
MIIIISSTTTEER KENNEDY... KENNNDY Was over in WWE
Little bit of a nitpick but god his tattoos were bad
Ken was onto something great in WWE. He was misused in TNA and never reached his full potential. But I'd say he wasn't boring. He did have some things going for him but he changed companies and TNA couldn't capitalize on him.
