    Zac, I'm with you on peeling the shrimp or at least removing the tails before I eat them. Jessica, I've never heard of anybody eating the shrimp shell, tail and all.

    Those look like croakers to me. I don't know if I've ever heard them called kingfish.

      Croakers are part of the same family but a different species. You've probably heard them called whiting but thats a nickname. As mentioned in the video they are in fact kingfish not to be confused with king mackerel which are often called kingfish.
