    Thank you for this beautiful set of affirmations. I am 70 years old and I found that all these affirmations apply to me. I love how you make all these possible. Sometimes I get down on myself due to my age and infirmities. But you have allowed me to see things in a more positive way.     Very interesting! I am used to being content, knowing that I will weather the storms. But this is a new and wonderful dimension: that I can dream/ponder/think about truly GOOD possibilities and expect them instead of the negatives. It's a pleasant, realistic twist that can be relaxing and even life changing when practiced over time as presented here. Thank you so much! The water imagery and analogy is one that resonates and sticks with me too.

    I was sinking fast in soul hurt. Just lost my good friend unexpectedly, tone yesterday my brother is dying and saying his goodbyes.
    I wasn’t expecting this video to help me this time.
    But it really did!
    Had a wonderful dream with him telling me he’s not stressed out or worried.
    So your meditation helped me to process what he was really saying.
    He’s ready.
    Now I am as well.
    Big plus … in my dream we were next to the most AWESOME green river💥!

    I came back to listen to this one again, Michelle (and a few other ones🥰) last night. I’ll always be thankful for your work here, and, of course, your work has led me to other creators of whom are helping me through another chapter of my journey. Another financial issue became manifest yesterday, and I just have to deal with it. And the help I find here on TH-cam is wonderful. 🕊️💕

    I guess tonight is my 2nd helping of this episode? You dropped this one just 3-1/2 weeks before my mom’s birthday (and my terrible car accident). Boy howdy, how my life would’ve been different if I was employing meditation last November, with yours or anybody’s videos, or just by myself while at work or driving.
    I’d heard of mindfulness and of course meditation, Zen Buddhism, etc. since childhood but was never inspired enough to actually do it, see how I would react with it all. Ezra K’s podcast has featured it through the past several years and he almost got me into trying stages. You just cracked me wide open (guess my accident did too). I don’t know how I can go on without meditative deep breathing, etc. Yoga is on my list now. I think I’d like to find either a small group or perhaps a personal trainer if affordable. And then there’s dance lessons. I want to dance. Maybe I can do both, and of course the new channel has me all buzzybrained inside. I still have a few hurdles to complete, consequences after the accident, but man has my life change for the better! I decided to Notepad the three times I needed deep breathing today while I was driving: 5 o’clock, 6-15, and again about 8-30 PM whether to stay out another two hours, or come home (I started early this morning) after breathing, everything inside said ‘come home.’ 🕊️💕

      Yoga is really helpful- even for a simple practice online I find yoga with Adriene to be really helpful.

      @@MichellesMeditationSanctuary I have been so sick…caught some kind of flu or pneumonia from my parents and missing my trip to see my childhood best friend in Orlando 🥺
      I have been scrolling TH-cam in between coughing and remembered you had a second channel.
      As if being this sick (my fever was almost 104 night before last), my mom is yelling at me about dusting and what a failure I’ve been for 20 years (so since my daughter was born? That’s really nice.)
      She always apologizes but it’s no way to live and thrive. Feels like I just keep getting knocked back down despite my best efforts so why not stay down? I wish I had the tenacity and serotonin to venture out and get my own place. Now that my kid is in college I think that door has closed for me.

Family patterns are so hard to break and I'll tell you the things that I've gleaned from knowing you. You're a great mom, you make efforts to be there for your daughter. You are resilient. You are compassionate and creative. You are fierce. You are continuing to push forward and grow. You are living in a time where things are NOT as easy as they have been for some generations. In a pandemic in a world that is quite chaotic. Last year nearly broke me in many ways and even through that I stayed focused on the shiny thoughts and ideas and dreams that could get me through. Sending you a big hug and encouragement that you are a success. And you deserve to hear all these things from your mother, but I'll say them for her. Keep going and tending to yourself. Your spirit is more important than household tasks so tend to it and know that no doors are closed. There are more open than you even can realize in this moment. 💜
