Today is Finals day, A very early start Steep exposed chutes and 50 ft canyon gaps for breakfast before getting ready for the main event!

76 was a slap in the face and a kick in the bollocks, rampage isnt a freeride contest, its slopestyle in the mountains. You guys deserved more.
The only reason I can think of for that score is that maybe Darren Berrecloth got funny about him using Jordi's drop? Awhich is ridiculous.
They should get rid of the judges and make it a jam event judged by the riders. freeride should be FREE to ride how you want whether its slope style, steep tech, racer, biggest sends, trials, what every you want, you ride it we watch it, all every one wants is to see awesome sh*t go down🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

Just get rid of Darren Barrelcloth. He's the head judge and made that BS justification video after last year.

First things first: lads you won everything, the build, the stoke, the SM’s and the best ride by the best rider 🎉 Secondly, I’m looking forward to my #LADSCIENCE T SHIRTS 🎉 (I hear there are some left, hint!). But I also want to say that RBR can’t survive the judges rewarding the SlopeStyle. The wooden practice run-ins and the air bags will just get bigger and then the wind will stop the runs on match day - note that’s nearly happened the last two years. So, #RedBull if this thing matters to you, you need to control Barraclough or better still fire him - I’m sorry he got banged up and I’m glad he’s better, but it wasn’t anything others (me) haven’t also done…

This has to be the rawest, ballsiest, most technical thing I saw in the competition. I thought making something this difficut... "look easy"... was an indication of superior skill??? This kind of run is the heart & soul of what Red Bull Rampage started out as. Apparently the judges lost sight of the event's roots... and Brendog's run... over one of those blind 70 ft drops.

Watching all your videos before the event was more exciting and entertaining than the event itself. You spread so much positive energy! Keep that up and just return for your fans. Half the internet is behind you, as we saw during the peoples chioce.
Canyon gap flip to sniper landing - one of the moves of the day. Robbed. Time to eliminate those 15 - 20 foot wide landings and bring it back to natural freeride lines.
Brendan's Run was the gnarliest build with that cross court send through the chute and ridge line madness. Throw in a back flip over the canyon and it was the most exposure too.
The series got me amped for Rampage again after swearing I wouldn't bother after last years fiasco. That 76 was criminal. Your boys' line was what I though this comp was supposed to be about. They can stick their slopestyle comp up their arse next year (unless you boy are back again of course). Chin up you belters, that was amazeballs, you did yourselves proud.
You boys were brilliant, and Brendog’s run was the best. Screw those judges, literally every comment on the vids was about how much Bren deserved the win. Bloody brilliant job fellas.
Thanks for taking us on your adventure. Brendog lifting the cup at the end was epic.
Judging was disappointing to say the least. I'll always appreciate sniper lines and landings over slopestyle features any day! And thanks loads to the crew for taking us along for the ride, was both enlightening and entertaining to see how much sweat, BLOOD & food it takes to create a 2 min run. Huge props for team Brendog!

Selfishly, I want the team to continue coming to Rampage because I look forward to watching along all week and they bring me an immense amount of joy. With what this event has turned into though I don't see how you can continue to make a case to come back. Either way, thanks for the memories! I will tune in if and only if the lads come back!
Had a feeling that you'd be robbed by the old boys judging club again, but THAT badly? The score & position was a complete piss take. How can it score LOWER than five years ago with more on the line this year, including that mental vertical chute? Absolutely ridiculous. Regardless of the score, Bren and you guys won rampage 2024. Peoples champion!

Lad Science crew should talk to Monster and set up a true Freeride event somewhere similar with limitations on giant features (made for slopestyle) 100% Raw and put Rampage to shame. I'll watch and support that event, hell I'll come help out on the builds

There are literally no words lads. You guys smashed it building more hype for the comp than anything Red Bull did. All European and ROW riders should boycott it next year and just leave the US and Canadian bumboys to enjoy their little ride in the lovely bikepark they've created and see how many people tune in.

If you're doing a "freeride" contest, how hard the line is should always be the no1 scoring category.
Tricks should matter only as a divider for riders with lines that are judged score the same. Meaning, ofcourse tricks should score better than straight airs BUT the line should always be the most important factor.
If not the riders should just team up and build a big air slopestyle run down the mountain and see who does the hardest tricks, right?

Gidday, loved this Ben. So reminded me of myself and my two best mates heading away, full of bollocks and banter 😂. Speaking of bollocks, the score Brendog received was a total insult, for the effort you all put in, really feel gutted for u guys. Rampage was who could ride the knarliest line, not who could do the best tricks on the groomiest trails. Typical yanks. As for Ollie losing his phone, good job his balls are in a bag 😂. Keep up the laughs, the good times, loving it!
So gutted on that result. Not to take away from the other riders lines because they’re fucking huge and I’d never hit them in a million lifetimes but that side of the hill literally looks like a groomed bike park in comparison to the raw shit you boys have built. Just pure natural gnar with a few lips and landings chucked in and using what nature put there as it is and that’s what rampage is supposed to be about. Fully enjoyed every minute of following the build, the drive time videos on Olly’s channel and seeing Bren nail that line perfectly. I fully understand if he turns down an invitation next year as it’s beyond a joke now that the judges keep scoring him down. When I heard Gully say “he makes it look too easy and that’s what lowers his score” on the livestream I wanted to punch him in the face. Isn’t that the whole point? To make riding something so insanely technical and gnarly look as easy as cruising to the shops takes an unreal amount of skill and deserves a score that reflects that. Otherwise I might as well have ridden down it, smashed myself up crashing on every single feature and fallen down every cliff to show how hard it is and maybe they’d have scored me higher because I made it look impossible. Big up the three of you for making that line happen. I’m gonna be repping the lad science t shirt with pride when it arrives!

Heya Deaky blinders, here in Germany everyone on the ride scene says exactly the same thing. To be brutally honest, Red bull rampage is seen as a bit of a joke the last few years for its credibility due to the higher ups. It’s not free ride, it’s a bike park selling shitty fizzy drinks. Of course you boys are extremely talented, but everyone wants to see gnar, Brendog’s run has me clenching my teeth and my arsehole. As much as we watch on screen and are seperated from of course a dangerous sport, none of the other riders gave me that fizz.
In my small circle everyone said the same thing. Brendog was robbed.
The time will come though Ben, is rampage a credible scene? It seems slowly like that answer is no.
Most importantly - Keep us informed where you boys will go, because the crowd are with you. I would rather follow mountain bikers than a drinks competition that sells fizzy pop that tastes like carpet.

The 3 of you defined what RAMPAGE is and should be all about, the main reason why I fell in love with big mountain riding and Rampage. You were most definitely been robbed, if not 1st but definitely 2nd overall. After Brendogs score, I actually stopped watching the rest, so gutted!!!!
They should do spectator judging.
If we judge it on a slope style comp then Brendog wouldn't have won. If it was judged on what rampage used to be about, he'd be well up there. Some of the other riders did some amazing tricks on ridiculous features, hats off to them. I'm not sure how you can get rampage get back to how it was when there are riders capable of so much. Great effort by all of you, amazing dig creating an awesome line.
Not a winning run trick wise but for getting down in the knarliest technical way should have really threw him up loads . Tommi ice came in with a bang too though . I dont think anyones going to blame him for throwing in the shovel as hes put so much risk in for a piss poor reward.
Still one of the most natural looking riders ive ever seen and definitely the peoples winner
Just watched some of the original rampages, they were actually a free ride event with no fancy tricks just crazy dudes with balls of steel, Brendog was robbed last year and again this year, he will probably never win because by his own omission he can’t do all the tricks and he’s a monster rider not a red bull rider, love you guys the vlogs we’re all so funny and great insight into the week, at least you all kept it real. peoples champs 🏆🏆🏆
