If something of a moment that I watch is bad, instead of anger or otherwise negative emotions, sometimes I cannot help but laugh in the face of awfulness, even if I don't find it "funny". Less stress on me I guess. Can't say the same about when I feel grief for those who have died though THAT is one of the things that causes me depression. Especially if it's somebody I care about allot.
