Many of young lawyers fresh out of law schools have much better knowledge than many senior lawyers. But as someone has rightly said the highest amount of injustice exist in what is called the Indian Judiciary system. I have seen many senior lawyers practising for more than 15-20 years know absolutely nothing not even equal to a 2nd year student.

Most advocates have no domain knowledge in law as they get it from substandard law college but the irony is they argue with all complex technical matter. No specialization till today . Any adv can argue any thing & judges listen to them for money not on logic / law.

sir,starting 05 years needs financial support, guidence of seniors, family and friends support. Then u start getting some money. After almost ten years you become established to some how but still u need money to set up medium level office to grow your practice. Hence, minimum 10 years patient is required for fresh start up.
Doctors can issue Medical Certificates and earn money, Engineers can go for surveys and issue fitness certificates, designs, maps and can earn money. CAs can conduct audits of companies, business and also can certify income of individuals resultantly can earn huge money. There is no single such earning source for lawyers. Hence, they face deep depression and finally they are out of profession means jobless forever.
Affidavits and declaration, stamp papers can be used by lawyers for income and there are some more sources of income which can be utilised like recently, making of annual EWS certificate where they can issue income self declaration. There are lakhs of certificated issued annually for 10% EWS reservation. It can be issued in every district. It's a way of earning annual income
I think this is the main reason Many First Generation Lawyers "HAVING UPPER MIDDLE CLASS/RICH BACKGROUND, WHO COME FROM URBAN AREAS, HAVING WELL BACKUP & DIRECT-INDIRECT CONNECTION WITH SENIOR COUNSEL/JUDGES have made their mark in legal profession... Not every mistake is young lawyer's fault... Their are other aspects too... Seniors played a vital role in the young lawyer's career but what.. Sir, The main cause is that Sr. Lawyers do not pay or pay very very little amount to them. That is the only cause for which young Lawyers leave the profession. Seniors take full advantage and exploite Juniors to the hilt. They work for 12 to 14 hours of labour everyday but the Seniors pay them like a begger.

With all due respect, I am sorry to say that this sort of video is not expected from you. This is such a demotivating video Sir. You have only pointed out the problem faced by the first generation lawyer without suggesting any solution therefor. You appear to have gained years of experience in the field of litigation. The man of your stature should try every possible way to guide us and give us the right direction. If all the lawyers starts pointing out the problems in the name of challenges just as you have done in this video, those young people who dream of becoming a lawyer will not feel very enthusiastic and proud to choose this profession. This is such a noble profession. Sir in my opinion disagree with your 3rd point, i always had a clarity about practicing as a Criminal Advocate but my senior used to send for civil matter, when i tried discussing my point with My senior and other Advocates all they answered is you can't be stuck to single subject and cover the rest,i think that this POV should be changed because your generations have struggled alot with patience i agree but now most of us are clear with our interest and skills,If senior orders to look into all the legal matters which he has then obviously it can take a longer period and we can make it easy and growing if we choose a single stream so that can build a strong ground. It's easy to say that anyone wanna become Criminal Lawyer but the truth is that understanding crime is science which even the judges do not understand. How will a lawyer knowing forensic science make the judge from Arts side understand the nature of offence and how it might have been committed or there was no offence at all.

There is no single such earning source for lawyers.
Hence, they face deep depression and finally they are out of profession means jobless forever.
Affidavits and declaration, stamp papers can be used by lawyers for income and there are some more sources of income which can be utilised like recently, making of annual EWS certificate where they can issue income self declaration.
There are lakhs of certificated issued annually for 10% EWS reservation.
It can be issued in every district.
It's a way of earning annual income

Not every mistake is young lawyer's fault... Their are other aspects too... Seniors played a vital role in the young lawyer's career but what.. When no senior wants you take as a junior to teach you?..whenever a young lawyer came into this profession he should be well aware of that to gain knowledge is their first priority not money.... Again I am asking but what when no senior wants you to give that knowledge too...

I have known lawyers who provoke mutual consenting couples to complicate the separation process . PS: everyone does hardwork in his profession be it a labourer or rickshaw puller. Neither I nor can claim to be omniscient, it's applicable to all including you .

The main cause is that Sr. Lawyers do not pay or pay very very little amount to them.
That is the only cause for which young Lawyers leave the profession.
Seniors take full advantage and exploite Juniors to the hilt. They work for 12 to 14 hours of labour everyday but the Seniors pay them like a begger.
How much do they approximately pay to their juniors?

With all due respect, I am sorry to say that this sort of video is not expected from you. This is such a demotivating video Sir. You have only pointed out the problem faced by the first generation lawyer without suggesting any solution therefor. You appear to have gained years of experience in the field of litigation. The man of your stature should try every possible way to guide us and give us the right direction. If all the lawyers starts pointing out the problems in the name of challenges just as you have done in this video, those young people who dream of becoming a lawyer will not feel very enthusiastic and proud to choose this profession. This is such a noble profession. I hope from now onwards you start making videos in which the challenges are addressed and the problems being faced by the young lawyers are resolved through your own personal and practical experience. Only then young lawyers like myself may be able to avail any benefit from your videos in particular.

Sir in my opinion disagree with your 3rd point, i always had a clarity about practicing as a Criminal Advocate but my senior used to send for civil matter, when i tried discussing my point with My senior and other Advocates all they answered is you can't be stuck to single subject and cover the rest,i think that this POV should be changed because your generations have struggled alot with patience i agree but now most of us are clear with our interest and skills,If senior orders to look into all the legal matters which he has then obviously it can take a longer period and we can make it easy and growing if we choose a single stream so that can build a strong ground. Same has to be with Judges.
It's easy to say that anyone wanna become Criminal Lawyer but the truth is that understanding crime is science which even the judges do not understand. How will a lawyer knowing forensic science make the judge from Arts side understand the nature of offence and how it might have been committed or there was no offence at all.
