They gave him bond because it’s his constitutional right, you and the other emotional dimwits here need to stop with the non-critical thinking and emotionalism. (The judge and the DA did nothing wrong) Also relatively speaking his bond was not “low”, $100,000 is indeed a high bond, and he (by way of friends or family) was able come up with and the 10% or put up the surety. Most people who get bonds in that amount do not have the resources or means to post it and quite often file motions (via their court appointed attorney) for bond reduction. Also the condition of his bond was restrictive, he was on an ankle monitor (probably with weekly or monthly check in requirement) and a bail bondsman keeping tabs on him. What happened is a tragedy all the blame is on him and this could not have been prevented it, people getting into their feels asserting that anyone who is charged with a crime should just not get a bond is silly stupid and mind bogglingly shortsighted.

@@TheRTM Thank you. It is a high bond considering the charges brought against this person. And why the hell did the ex go over there in the first place. I have some friends from Detroit. Some of the stories they tell me about there city blew me away. Some said they weren't surprised that the ex went to the mom house. They said the mindset of some of the women in there city cannot be understood. Sad as hell.

Another sad part about this entire story is that the Critically Wounded Mother is likely the one who came up with the money to Bail this Demon out. Now she is fighting for her life, and her husband has been Murdered by her Sociopathic son!!!

Don't blame it all on the judge and the court system.
Blame the idiots who put up the bail money.
