Yep. Otherwise what's the point of having any policies. Atleast by asking them that it gets rid of them as quick as they turn up to try to limit your lawful behaviour through intimidation. I notice there's a lot of right wing auditors and right wing viewers, and I still think, as someone who is certainly not right wing, we can all agree on one thing. ACAB.

It's an offence not to. "A Constable MUST provide their name, station they operate from and grounds for engaging a member of the public". The judge in Wayne Couzens trial said they must provide their "Full legal name".

Our local town has a vast array of chimney pots, a couple of months ago I was taking photographs of several chimney pots with my 7 years old grandson. I was approached by two policemen who demanded what was I doing, and informed that it was illegal to do what I was doing. They assumed that I was "Casing the upper dwelling places to do a burglary". I was told not to insult members of our Constabulary by addressing them as a pair of "Not So's" "Not so Brights"., as I pointed out a lower window or the door was a better way of entry rather than the Fred Dibhna way.

" Why do you want to see the document ? " ..... " Regardless of whether or not I wish to see the document to read, I, as much as anything, wish to see it to make sure that you this police station is compliant with the part of the document which says it must be " READILY AVAILABLE " to members of the public ! "
It doesn't specifically say a copy has to be at the front counter but it also doesn't say you can only consult a physical copy at the custody suite either. Some people (like the Counter-Karen) can't help but find SOME WAY to express their Superiority complex to everyone they meet in one way or another.

Murder, 1989, sums up this rotten police force that I caused to be split up, officers sent to other stations in 2005 because of a complaint that I, and others put into the Home Office about the delinquency of the police in not attending the riots that then went on in and around Lordshill, allowed weeks and weeks of rioting to go on, and the only emergency service that turned up what the fire brigade to put out the fires.

I used to think that police officers were great, and did a good job under various stressful circumstances but after watching dozens of police audits by various Auditors I am truly shocked at the bad behaviour of the majority of police officers. Is there such a thing as a good police officer? because a good police officer would stop their fellow officers from abusing their powers on the general public, a good officer would step in and stop a fellow officer from assaulting a member of the public, I have not seen one of these actions being done by any 'good police officer' on any auditing videos when clearly an Auditor is being unfairly treated. When Auditors sometimes state in one of their videos that "that was a good police officer" I beg to differ because Auditors have not seen how that so called 'good officer' deals with one or many of their colleagues behaving unprofessionally towards a member of public. Some police officers start the job with good intentions but sadly they are turned into liars, and cowards by their own fellow colleagues bad behaviour.

8:36 " Can I ask what you're doing here? " ..... " Wel, I'm trying to work out whether I'm a Human having a Spiritual experience or a Spirit having a Human experience, but either way, it appears that God (or whatever) decided to manifest me (whatever "me" is) in a physical form, here on what we lovingly call planet Earth, so that (as far as I can work out) I may experience a plethora of physical sensations in order to add knowledge, information and experiences through the collective consciousness to the Akashic Record (if you believe in such things, or whatever !) ... What are YOU doing here me old MATE. me old BUDDY, me old CHUM ? "

Where does the requirement for them to provide a copy of PACE actually come from? Can someone point me to the article of PACE which provides this?

Why are the public being forced to pay for such a piss poor service from law enforcement in the U.K. !!! These incompetent useless eye rolling cops must be held accountable for the failure to respect the law and the public they are supposed to be serving !!! Get these clowns out of law enforcement if they aren’t willing to respect and or obey the law and the public !!! Get them gone !!!

You were abrasive from the start, but you owned up to that at the end. It's really telling that when you ask to view a copy of PACE (as they are supposed to provide), that they look baffled and confused. They are not used to people holding them to a standard.
