Happy Saturday! Since so many of you guys requested acrylic and canvas painting tutorial, I decided it would be fitting to paint the scene from The Nightmare before Christmas! I think I misspoke in the video! 😂😂😂🙈 I hope you like it!
I love Van Gough's style and incorporating it into a more modern context is so exciting to see. I really loved this tutorial and I'll be sure to try it out.
This is both Xmas and Halloween is just the best movie in the world!!!!! This movie was home to me!!!! Always playing it year around! I remember being young and all my friends into Ariel and this being a outcast movie! Now I feel everyone likes it making me feel like I was never truly alone!

Mako! Amazing as always! *random rant here* I feel like what separated me from what I loved, from what kept my soul alive, from art- was the fear of doing something wrong and messing it up. Being a perfectionist I am, I refrained myself from paint due to these reasons. I remember stumbling over your channel wayyy back when I was looking how to make a wand and your videos truly captivated me. The way you spoke with such eloquence, I remember thinking ‘Oh man I wish I could paint or talk like her!’. But then came the dark clouds in my life and made me feel like all the stars my hands once held fell into a deep abyss. And now I really wanted to do something and not sit idle during my vacation and that’s when I stumbled back again to your channel. I felt like your words and how you always say that it’s okay to make errors kinda ignited a spark in me. I’m gonna try again and this time keep reminding myself that’s it’s okay. Maybe I haven’t lost my stars. Thanks to you! Thank you for your words and your painting videos! From all of us❤️
